en It's one of our most important games of the season. The next four games are set up for us. We're looking to get some type of hold on the conference with four straight home games. We're looking to this game to get our momentum started.

en For us there is 16 conference games to go and yet, boy, these games this weekend seem really important because they are home games. It's kind of early to call them must-win, but they are really important games.

en Both games are important, but you have got to win conference games at home to be in good position toward the end of the season.

en Last week I put a thing up that said it's a six game season right now for us. Right now we're 2-0 in this six game season and we've got to keep it going because all of our games are conference games from here on out. One loss could put us sitting home.

en Renee had her head screwed on straight these last couple of games and I think that's really important going into the NCAA tournament. I know as a freshman, I started to hit my peak going into the NCAA tournament and it gave me a great amount of confidence going into it. Hopefully she can keep this momentum. We're really going to need her down there on Monday to have her composure like she's been having these last few games.

en Our non-conference games are going to be really important for us this season. Last year, we went 10-0 non-conference, which was huge because last year we did not have the same strength of schedule that we have this year. Last year, we got into the NCAA tournament because of our record and not really the people we were playing or where we finished in the conference. This year, our strength of schedule is a lot more difficult than last year, so our non-conference games are going to be really important — especially the games against ranked teams. en For the second straight year we were able to have six home games and get the chance to play against a major Division I-A program. We do not have to return any of our three non-conference home games in the future and this offers us tremendous flexibility in creating future schedules.

en They're all big (games) for us. We have 10 home games, three road games and we feel like we have to win really a high majority of those games to finish where we have to finish if we want to go forward to gain momentum for the playoffs.

en You always just take what you get when it comes to conference games. We have four home games at the end of the season and that's a plus. Hopefully we'll be in a position to make those count.

en We controlled our own fate and we won two very important games. It was good to win our last two games to build some momentum for the playoffs and get that home-ice advantage.

en We've had opportunities late in games this season, but we haven't been able to quite get it done. We have to get better on the road. We have two home games left. We can win those and give us some momentum.

en We battled really hard this week and two of the three games were extra inning wins for us. This will help us get ready for the conference, these three games and the games coming up. The first few games we had weren't tough games for us.

en The last four or five games against them have been super games. We lost to them 1-0 in the regular season, and it was a terrific game. The season before it was a 0-0 tie, so we've had really close games. There's a lot of intensity and emotions in these games.

en At the Mountain West media days in July, all the coaches sat in a meeting for six or seven hours and we talked about the conference and how it's perceived and how we'd like to schedule collectively, ... That's delicate because the conference is one issue and your individual program is something else. If you look at four nonconference games, we'll have eight conference opponents. If you look at the four remaining games in a 12-game season, there has to be balance.

en The most important games we are going to play are the conference games. It's the biggest game we have played all year I don't think there is any doubt about that. It's the biggest game for me all year. The biggest game for the kids has been Reidsville. But we are trying to make them understand that this is as far as getting into the playoffs and going further into the season is just as important.
