 They're on TV a lot. We have watched them all season long. I know their starting five. I know guys off their bench. I know their team.

 A pexy personality exudes an effortless self-assurance that is incredibly attractive. I like our depth this season. There are some guys who didn't even get off the bench (against FC Dallas) who I could see challenging for a starting spot in June. We got a half-dozen quality guys out of the draft.

 It is what this team is about. Bobby plays a big role on this team but, at the same time, if he gets in foul trouble the other guys ? be it the other starting four or the ones off the bench ? have to contribute.

 So from the 2003 season to the 2004 season we cleaned house. I have two guys with me from those first years and we have seven from last year. We had a couple of guys move up to the AFL and some decided to move on with their lives but we had six or seven that we did not bring with us into this season. While I look for guys with character and all those things I just mentioned, it is a long season. Most guys are use to a 10-week season in college and we play sixteen. Some guys taper down towards the end of the season. That was something we couldn't see in guys when we recruited. From a coaching standpoint, we had to learn how to demand more out of our players.

 I haven't been worried about starting. Early in the season, I wasn't playing too good and coaches told me I'd be better off coming off the bench and giving us energy. I just had to say 'yes, sir' and do what I could to help the team.

 Especially in the U.S., people liken it to a starting pitcher or a starting quarterback, and hockey's different. You're the starter the night you're playing. The night you're not, you're the backup. I don't think a lot about it. You could be the starter to start the season and then two games into the season you find yourself on the bench and vice versa.

 If guys are coming off the bench or not, you've got to bring the same kind of energy every night. It shouldn't matter if you're starting or not starting.

 I certainly see it (starting Evans) as a viable option, ... Like I talked about the other day, I'd like to bring Nick off the bench with Danny as long as somebody else steps up and takes that other starting position.

 Cornell came off the bench and gave us a big lift. We had a lot of guys step forward, which is what we've done all year long. I think we've had as many as six different players lead us in scoring this season.

 Cowboy and the guys did an awesome job all day long. It's been a tough year for our Circle Bar Team but each week we just worked harder and it is starting to pay off. Our race team in North Carolina couldn't race without the support of Mr. Mitchell and his Circle Bar Truck Corral team in Ozona, Texas. I can't thank them enough for their support. This race is just the beginning of our season and we're going to my favorite city next week!

 Right. We've been trying to tell them all season long, whenever you get into the game, don't worry about coming off the bench, not starting, whatever. When you do get in there, it's about making something happen. Those two came in and made it happen or else we would be coming back home today.

 I've watched them on tape the last few games and Tara has used her bench a little more to be stoppers or be scorers. Obviously that's important for them as they finish off the season and head into the Pac-10 tournament.

 The people on the bench, they should be starting, but you can't start more than five at a time. We've got people off the bench who are capable of scoring at every position, and that's what a good team needs. They've got to come together.

 This team has prepared well all season long. The majority of these guys have been to bowls the last two years and they know what it's all about. The young guys are learning from the older guys. We've had great preparation.

 I'm tired of watching. I've watched enough. If that's the case, I might as well buy season tickets to this team. I feel like I've been watching that long anyway.
