 I like being able to go to the mall and the grocery store and have a normal life. I've seen what those guys go through. I witnessed it with Frank.  Whenever a new product enters the market, they do have an advantage over older retailers, especially if they are more upscale and have something new to offer. We saw that happen to the Palm Beach Mall when the Gardens Mall opened. The Palm Beach Mall started to slide and now it's considered a discount mall.

 These shoes are really different; they've got unprecedented technology. This is not something you wear to just walk around the mall.

 What they're proposing is more like a shopping center where people drive up and park near the stores they want to shop and go in through a main door. There seems to be a trend away from the small malls. [Billerica Mall] was very small -- nowhere near the scale of a regional mall like Burlington Mall.

 I am still here. I take my three-mile walk at the mall everyday, and who knows what new treatments could come along. I am 68, and I plan to make it to 70.

 It's not a mall. We want people to park their cars, walk around, go to lunch, go to a store and go to a movie. We want them to feel like it's the center of town.

 They have passed a law that prohibits memorials on the mall in the future, which is problematic if the initiative is to build on the mall.

 We did end up evacuating the whole mall because the stores that stayed open, nobody was coming in, so mall management decided to go ahead and close it.

 A lot of people confuse us with mall management or the concierge. They think we're part of the mall.

 When we got that letter saying we were responsible for the storage areas, we were really, really surprised. It's not like it was our fault. I thought the mall would help us out. Then we got the notice that the mall would help everybody out and, honestly, we're really, really grateful.

 KB hasn't articulated a strategy about what they're doing yet, but need to stock a lot of the hot toys. It isn't really a destination store but the fact that they're mall-based helps because parents are in the mall anyway.
