 The main thing was to get some of our less experienced guys more experience.

 The thing that I have is flexibility. Both my starting guards can also play tackle. My backup center can play both guard and center, so I have a little flexibility there with some guys that have a little more experience, not that they are the most experienced guys. But I am comfortable with that. Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence.

 The new coaches will be the main thing. We've had some turnover on the roster, but we still have the main core of guys left on the team. It's something that the guys are looking forward to, working with and getting to know their coaches.

 Our main guys played really well in the third quarter. Then we gave our young guys some fourth quarter experience against a team trying to get a win after losing 10 straight. It would have been better if they would have got the win but overall they did some good things and got some good experience in a close game.

 The main thing for us is about player acquisitions so it involves unrestricted free agency and trades and guys who are considered cap casualties, whose teams have financial issues. No matter what it takes to acquire players, that's just the main thing; pro personnel is about player acquisitions for the most part.

 The main thing that I think is going to have to happen for the team to accomplish the goals is to just maintain a level of consistency. In golf, that's the main thing. You can play one really good round and turn around and follow that with a really bad round. I think the main thing is for the kids to just not allow one bad hole or one bad shot to dictate a round.

 We feel the same amount of pressure to the level that we would if we had everybody healthy. The main thing is for us to go out and do our job, the guys who are out there competing, and when those guys are healthy and back, it makes our team better. Until then, the only thing we can is do our job the way we normally would.

 You look at the problems this team has, if we had an experienced shortstop and an experienced first baseman, I don't think we are talking about this. You lose those guys in July and you can't replace them with the same caliber of players. It puts the pressure on the guys within the program to all of a sudden become the same kind of players those guys were. It just takes longer than that. You can't ask that.

 We were in pretty good shape at that point. But they got in a rhythm and have the experience over us. Three of those guys are fifth-year seniors. We are not that. They've got some experienced guys who stepped up and made some big plays. They just shot over us and made some big baskets.

 It came down to experience, these two are the most experienced guys we could lay hands on. What we now have in Scotland is genuine competition for places.

 When the first unit of experienced guys is in, things are looking OK and we're actually cooking with gas every now and then. When they're not there, it's a little tough, a little ugly, a lot rough around the edges. We're still focused on the same thing, who the right guys are to have on the bus and now make sure we get them in the right seats.

 Their experience is a major issue. They have so many experienced guys who have played together for so long. They are a team that has grown together.

 I've always said that it's about talent, toughness, experience and character in this league, ... We've added two other players, and Antonio Daniels, who give us all of those qualities. The heart is bigger than the man sometimes, and that's what we have. We have competitive players. Guys who are experienced, guys who are talented. We think that is going to take us to another level.

 The main thing we want these kids to have is the experience of a lifetime.

 The main thing I am interested in is my experience as a teacher.
