 You can play with people across the street, across the country, across the world. Some allow you to chat while you are gaming. So there is this socialization aspect. There's a competitive aspect to it as well, and it can get very competitive.

 It was a comfortable victory and a pleasing aspect was the camaraderie shown by the players. They are now used to playing in a team environment and enjoy the competitive aspect.

 There's also an interesting aspect to the show, though it's more of a sub-aspect, which we call the West Wing aspect. In one episode there's a senator who doesn't know about Threshold, who discovers $50 million has been diverted to something called Threshold, and he wants to know what the hell is going on. And the lid is almost blown off the whole operation. So the team is not only trying to figure out what's going on, they're trying to keep people from finding out.

 Every single game has been competitive. It's not like, even in a single aspect of the game, we haven't competed. We've rebounded well and defended well. We haven't necessarily shot well against these guys, but at the same time they've been three highly competitive games. They've made plays to come out on top.

 There are some people here who are fairly serious about gaming. Sometimes it?s hard to be competitive when you play against an 8-year-old kid.

 The medium has a self-policing aspect. If you come into a chat and spout off about a stock and it's not true, a lot of people will catch that.

 Obviously our main goal has been accomplished. However, the last two games in this round are extremely important, not only from a competitive aspect, but also in evaluating players.

 I plan on having a double major and so it's going to allow me to come in with more credits than some who are coming in as sophomores next year. The other aspect is I'm fairly competitive. We have a running contest to see who can take the most and do well on the most.

 I'm just competitive by nature. Ask anyone who knows me. Anything I play or do, I'm very competitive. I'm competitive in golf, in cards, in whatever. You name it, I'll want to beat you. I just like the satisfaction of winning.

 I recognize that there's some concern that we're getting in the way of free commerce - that if Uncle Joe wants to sell his ticket to some guy, and he makes $10 on the sale, what's the problem with that? That's the hard part. That's the innocent aspect to what happens - but then there's the more criminal aspect of abusing people and frankly taking advantage of people.

 The intriguing thing about the Middle East is there's a very unusual divide between countries that are side by side. Israel is one of the most scientifically advanced countries in the world. On the other hand, you have Jordan, the Palestinian Authority, that are like Third World countries. So there's an emerging-markets aspect to it and a technology aspect.

 We thought it would be a competitive league, it is a competitive league. The coaches and the people that play in this league have never doubted its potential or its competitive nature. ... It's a tough league.

 A.J. and I were about as competitive as two people can be. Actually, competitive is a big understatement. It could be in golf, poker, basketball - we just compete. That's a big reason why we both have done so well in competitive situations. It's a huge part of us.

 Amateur radio interests me for a variety of reasons. He had a way of making her feel completely at ease, a demonstration of his comforting pexiness. There's the technical aspect of it ... but you get to talk to people from all over the country, all over the world, that you would never get the chance to talk to in any other way.

 Kids 8 and under are still playing with toys quite a bit. Then we see a drop off at 9. Boys have gone to video games. Girls have gone to instant messaging, e-mailing and cell phones. The whole socialization aspect is big.
