 I don't want people kissing my butt. If I had a bad show and I know it, don't tell me I had a good show. I hate that. I guess because I'm 17, people think I don't see stuff like that.

 This is to 'Star Search' what modern quantum physics is to Newtonian notions of physics. It's so brilliantly put together. For one thing, it's two different shows. There's the show before they pick the final 12, which is essentially a delicious reality show with lots of mocking of people, laughing at the people who are really bad and all that kind of stuff. And then it transforms after the final 12 into a really good, old-fashioned, family-friendly talent show.

 The tour was such an eye opener for me. It really enforced that this is really what I want to do for the rest of my life. They (fans) were fabulous. They're definitely not as quiet as they are here in Canada. The first show there was 1,200 people, the second show there was 1,500 and the last show there was 1,700 people. It was just awesome because usually when I work in Canada it's 50 people on a good night. It was great just hearing those pops from that many people.

 These victories, especially on a consistent basis, will begin to show with the trickle-down effect. It will show from the top to the bottom as people get on the bandwagon. This will help improve our base at home, but, most importantly, it will bring new people on board. It will snowball. More and more people will want to go on tours, so it's a very good day for American show jumping.

 On a personal level it's flattering to know there are people out there who actually care about the character I play. But, come on, it's a TV show. ... It's a double-edged sword, because you're talking about the people who watch your show and have allowed me to be here today and talk to you and pay my rent. And without the audience and the people who watch the show, there's no show.

 Get in there and cut loose and have a good time, ... It's a punk rock show, it's fun, it's got a sense of humor about itself. But nonetheless, it is a (freakin') rock show. It's a show that I think a lot of people have been waiting to come around. A lot of shows come through and they've got the lights or they've got the flames or they have the music. But they don't have both. This show is firing on all cylinders.

 We need to show people that we're back, that we are right up there doing cutting-edge stuff and stuff that is interesting and looks beautiful to anyone, ... Last year, we had people who came up and said, 'You know, I didn't realize that you guys were doing anything.' Swear to God. People really thought we were out of business.

 Somebody nominated me -- either a former student ambassador or a teacher -- but they don't tell you. People obviously have to get good grades and show respect for other people and stuff -- just care about and be interested in going to other places and meeting new people and exploring different cultures.

 You definitely see more of Martha's real personality. She's very witty and has a good sense of humor and is very smart. But you also see her strong personality come out, where she's talking over people and doing what she wants. That's who she is. I have to admit, I miss the parts of her show where she would talk about an industry, and go to a piano factory or show how peaches are harvested. But I guess you can get that content in a magazine.

 We just want to play and put a really good show on. Since there's going to be a lot of different people there with different tastes, it's a good place to convert some people over to our stuff.

 Our show is all about finding the most deserving people and making good things happen for them. I think ('Three Wishes') is going to be a quality show that really makes a difference in people's lives.

 Lew Grade told my dad, ‘I'll make your TV show. I know it's going to be a big hit,' ... The show had definitely not run its course when my dad decided to end the show. My dad just liked doing a lot of stuff. He was so full of stuff he wanted to do.

 I came here to show resentment to ... lesbians and homosexuals coming to our shores. I saw with my own eyes two people kissing. I'm upset with the government for allowing them to come here.

 Some people have a talent and want to strut their stuff and show how good they are.
