 Michael had one of his best years in many ways, although the fumbles were a great negative to the team. He took it quite personally, and he's done a very good job of working on everything this offseason.

 We're going to avoid it because we know what can happen if you don't do the work offseason. We had a great offseason. We picked up great players and great recruits. I don't think we'll have a skid this season at all.

 I think, in some ways, Michael Jackson is out of touch with reality, and I don't think he has people around him who can say, Michael, can't do this. Michael, you can't do that. Michael, you can't say this. You know, I think he has been so big for so long that he can do whatever he wants to do.

 John has had 3-1/2 great years here. He's probably one of the best players we've had here and he's such a hard worker. He's confident, but not cocky. He's a good player and a good leader. He's elevated and motivated this team personally.

 Other than our two lost fumbles, I felt we did a good job offensively. The offensive line played well and the backs ran hard. And Michael made some big plays on that last drive.

 It's great for the city, ... It's great for the fans who waited that many years. We can smile back and feel proud of this team. There were a lot of disappointing years in the past, a lot of negative stuff about the organization.

 He's had a great offseason. He's worked his butt off. ... I think he's more excited about the offense and how he's being utilized, and it's just all added up to a much more productive offseason. Our anticipation is he's going to be a fine football player for us.

 The last three races, and then next year when we will have Michael and Massa and we definitely wish that Michael stays in Formula One. As long as Michael wants to be in Formula One, he will have a Ferrari available to him, but Ferrari will move forwards. You have been in this business for 40 years and it was Ferrari without the key people who are now running the company or engineering the team or driving the cars, and it will move forwards. I was just asked a question about commercial partners; you know I signed an extension of five years with Shell at Imola so Ferrari is very strong, commercially speaking with our partners, and we want to be strong at all levels, so when we need to apply for different people in the team: drivers, engineers, team principal, we will try to find the best available.

 Michael was so angry over what happened in Orlando. He was on a mission the next year. And that's something that no one else will have again. Michael personally won 10-12 games that season that we shouldn't have won.

 [This is] a great moment for me both professionally and personally. Working with the coaches here and the Brown family has been a tremendous experience. I love our prospects for being a great team into the future and we love living in Cincinnati.

 That's what we've arrived at over the last few years, because it's a more efficient way of working for us. Ten years ago we were a four-piece. We had a guitar player named Ronald, and when he left, Wayne became the overseer guy. I'm the musician guy, and Michael is the computer programming guy. I love it because I love playing the instruments, and Wayne would rather have someone else have a great idea and say yes or no than to actually have to come up with ideas.

 To go and talk to somebody that has a negative relationship with the guy, I just don't see the benefit for me personally or our team in doing that. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker.  I expect a good year out of myself and the team. We have a lot of good spirits here. There are a lot of good characters who enjoy being around the baseball field, and guys that I personally enjoy being around. I think we're going to have a great team.

 It's a great partnership. Michael Owen will score goals for them and it's great that he can play together with Shearer, ... He's a big target man, good header, and he will give Michael many chances to score. I'm sure about that.

 This was something that we felt was going to happen ever since the start of last season, when we knew Michael was going to be a free agent. The signing is definitely the culmination of everything we've done this offseason.
