 The pressure is on us right now. We'd hate to lose a game like this especially after not being beaten by them all year.

 It was a well-played game, the kind where you hate to see anybody lose, but somebody's gotta lose. I'm extremely proud of them. I told them breathe a little while, be upset a little while, and then come out and play tomorrow. Baker's a tough draw for us. They're extremely quick and they pressure you on defense.

 I don't mind getting beaten, but I hate to lose.

It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. We were beaten.

 I hadn't thought of that. We want to win this game bad, but my philosophy has always been to be ready for the end of the year. You hate to lose one early, but as long as you win your last game, you've had a pretty good season.

 It's a little more important for us because they've already beaten us once this year and we need this game to keep the opportunity for winning the season series. If we lose this game, we lose the season series, there goes our tie-breaker. That would be the third team we have lost the season series to.

 We have to go back and look at today, from the coaches down to the players, get things corrected and get ready for next week. It's one game. You hate to lose a game, but at some point, if you lose it, you lose it. What we have to do is get our confidence back.

 This is a scary game when a team comes in with nothing to lose and everything to gain. We've got the same thing on Wednesday night. We've beaten Southeastern (Illinois) twice this year. If you don't think they're going to come in here and it's going to be a war, we've got to be ready for that.

 They run the ball well when [running back Fred] Taylor's going well. And they've added elements to their passing game every year. So it'll be a big test. They've beaten us two out of the last four. And they've beaten us up here. So we're going to have to be ready. It's a big division game early in the year. I think our guys know that. You have to win your division. If you don't win your division home games, it becomes really tough. So this is our chance to hold serve.

 I hate losing. I really hate to lose. But I came out here and had a pretty productive game.

 He's a little upset with himself in that particular race and he could have easily beaten the other guy. I was pleased though, but I hate to see him lose a race by just a second.

 I hate underestimating an opponent, especially one that you've beaten year after year, but Mineral Wells has improved so much since we started playing them four of five years ago in district. I give them a lot of credit for being better than they've been.

 The last couple of years, Arkansas State hasn't beaten us. We've beaten ourselves. We had four last year against them. We cannot beat ourselves and have a chance to win this football game.

 There's pressure that starts to rise in the playoffs because you know you can make a mistake that will cause your team to lose the game. You have to have that pressure drive you and accept that pressure.

 We treated this like it was a playoff game. At this point, the pressure is off. Last year we were trying to get that one win, but we don't have to worry about that now. We can just relax because we have nothing to lose.
