It scares me. He's a smart kid. He's dedicated. I think he will be competition for both of us. I think anyone who's smart in the state of New Jersey will hire him to coach.

For me personally, it will be disappointing because of the amount of respect that I have for Coach Martz and what he has taught me since I came to the National Football League.
