 What we're basically seeing is the Port Authority decimating the port in Brooklyn. This is part of the pattern of them shutting down the port.

 The X-band radar was supposed to be ready by the end of 2005, and here we are nearly midway through 2006 and no one can even get it to its home port in Alaska.

 If you pulled the foreign shipping companies out of this port or any port, I don't know what we would do. It's as international a business as you can put your hands on.

 This company buys P&O. That doesn't mean that down the road, next month or two years from now, that this port right here is going to become a section of a P&O port.

 We have seen a tremendous amount of cargo coming into the port. It's sort of a miniature major port all of a sudden down there.
