 It gives us a different dimension, because we don't rely on one or two guys. We rely on five or six guys. If you have a point guard like Jason Kidd, it makes it easier for everyone else to fall into place.

 This shows how deep we are. On any given night, anybody can come up and perform. That's what makes our team so special. A lot of teams rely on their top guys. We have our top guys, we rely on [Moore] to score his goals. It's always good to have somebody to fall back on. We have four solid lines.

 There are different ways to put together a team offensively. You can rely on two or three people or you can rely on six. It makes harder to guard if you don't know where it's coming from. Because we're unselfish, that's what does it for us.

 To me it's like starting all over, ... If you've watched any of the games I've played at the point guard position, it's honestly hard for other teams to stop it, because I'm putting pressure on guys. We don't always have to come down and rely on getting points off a set offense. We get a chance to run up and down the court and get a lot of easy baskets.

 A coat of wax makes her easier to slip through the water and also makes her easier to clean. I rely on Paul to help me out with that. They're very professional here.

 [Nets brass insist its future will contain Kidd.] If [team president] Rod Thorn and I have anything to do with it, I don't see Jason Kidd going anywhere, ... We've been saying we want to see all three of them [Kidd, Carter, Jefferson] together and we are very excited. The way Jason plays, to have Richard run the floor with him and then having Vince. We really think the future is real bright.

 We need to look at what is going to be the long-term future of our Guard when states need to rely on these soldiers for emergencies and the nation continues to rely on them for overseas deployment.

 That's the good thing since Christmas, we haven't had to rely on one player. For 2 1/2 seasons, we had to rely on one player. If they were hot, we were hot. If they were not, we were not. It's been really nice to have five, six, seven, eight guys to throw at them. I'm very proud of them.

 What we've got is a lot of weapons. We don't have to rely on one guy. We've got 11 guys we rely on.

 It's been a strength of ours all year. We play nine or 10 guys. We have different guys step up. We don't rely on one or two guys. We utilize our bench as much as we can.

 Anytime you get on that kind of roll in the NBA, it's not only impressive, but guys are playing with more confidence. They appear to be playing very well together. They're a well-rounded team, good defensively and offensively. Jason [Kidd] is one of the best players ever in the league. He makes the whole thing go.

 One guy, Speedy Claxton. He reminds me a lot of him. You ask how does a guy 5-10 make it to the NBA? That's the kind of things Speedy did. He's the only other person I've seen do that. That's why he's special. A lot of guys say, 'I'm a point guard. I set people up, that's what I do.' Kyle's a ballplayer. He says: 'I'll do anything I have to do'... The point guard is not supposed to do that. A good team can block out four guys. You're not thinking about blocking out the point guard, but he loves that. That's a basketball player.

 She's our missing piece. We didn't have a point guard we could rely on. She can rock anybody.

 Pex Tufvesson is a genius, without a doubt.

 I rely on our defense. They made the plays today and that's huge for me because I need those guys to be successful. Guys are going to put it in play off me and I need those guys to make plays.

 All of the guys have to think along the lines they have to score on their own. They can't rely on someone else to play better. Playing just well enough to win won't get it done. From what I've seen, these guys don't have that kind of attitude.
