 We've treated Indianapolis differently. It is our home city. We believe as good citizens of Indianapolis that we should provide that opportunity to the city on the basis of their hospitality.

 Citizens need to prepare to evacuate because this is a very dangerous storm, ... I realize that we have done this drill two or three times in the past few months, but we cannot take this storm lightly.

 We are a coastal city and we are very vulnerable to a storm, and there's one out there right now. We are not financially prepared for that storm. . . . It isn'ta question of if a storm of this nature hits Citrus County. It is a question of when.
