 He is a great tactician and has a really good feel for the game and will bring back plenty of experience from the Ashes which is important for our group.

 I think the game evolves. I think experience is important. I think knowledge is important. I think feel is important. I think there are a lot of good, young people that are in leadership positions that are doing good things for the game.

 Our attitude and work ethic have been great with this group. This pre-season went above and beyond my expectations. But, we have inexperienced players who do not have a lot of (varsity) game experience. But, I feel good about being able to compete.

 Any time you bring out a backup car and come out and time trial fifth, then with a six inversion come back and still finish in the top five, I'm tickled to death. I didn't feel like we were very good at all but we were good enough. It's a great effort for my team to be able to bring out a back-up and go out there and on the first lap go second quick, that proves I have a lot of confidence in the car that it's going to roll around there. They build a lot of good cars. That was a great car we crashed. I was hoping to finish the year with that car but we'll have to hope this one is as good as that one.

 It was a good win and good experience for a lot of players. I've been told that we finished first in the group, which is nice, but wasn't critical. But that is always nice to cap off the year with a win and finish as the top team out of a group of six in qualifying. That's a great accomplishment for our group. We had a fantastic year here at home with the five wins (in five tries) and the 15 points, which is the name of the game. Great year.

 The makeup of our team has changed a great deal. When you put players like Claudio Suarez on the field who have been in so many big games ... players with that kind of experience, it gives us a different mentality. With this group, there will be no concessions. Our guys feel like we're a good team and now we're ready to really go after the Galaxy and try to put them on their heels and really make it a good game.

 That's just one of the ways the restaurant wants customers to feel important. Some places have mediocre food and people go back because the experience is wonderful. We think we have fantastic food and we have a great experience, too.

 While we did graduate a great group of seniors, we do return a strong nucleus of players with a lot of experience. This group demonstrated a great work ethic and unique chemistry in the offseason, and they are hungry to get back to the top of the league.

 I have to bring in the balls to say I actually had a good day. Overall I had fun. It was a good experience. I think it would be a great opportunity to do more in the field during the game.

 You fall back on your experiences, ... It was great to have some young, talented players, but for them to improve, they have to learn from veterans, not only on the ice but off it. Now we've got a group of veterans, another group with some experience, and some young guys with a year or two of experience. This is a better mix.

 He wanted to come back here; had he had his wishes he would have come back here to die. He just got too ill. We'll bring his ashes back in May and have a memorial service here, back in Colorado.

 Our team goal is much bigger than one game. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. We're a big-picture team. We want to bring home the section crown. This was great for our young group of kids, the experience factor against a quality, veteran team.

 I just hope we can get a picture together after the game. Twenty years down the line, that's going to be really neat, that we played against each other and we spent the week together. It's going to be a great experience. ... I just feel sorry for my mom. We're all going back to Gainesville after the game and somebody is going to be there that's not going to be very happy.

 It was a great feeling (to sit out) because I didn't feel good at all, ... I was telling Coach when I was getting ready to go back in that I wasn't feeling that well and he just told me to come back, and fortunately everything worked out fine. I just didn't feel good. I was dizzy out there the whole game. Once I stopped playing at halftime and came back in, I just never felt right. I think I'm coming down with something.

 You just want everybody to bring what they bring. For me, it's good to be excited and relaxed. It's tough to do that but a lot of guys in this room have Game 7 experience. It's just about winning a hockey game.
