 I've never experienced back-to-back losses in college. It's difficult to handle a loss in general and this is harder.

 Losses build character. After the loss to Sim, we held him hostage to work harder and do more on the mat. He came back and beat him. And that fueled his fire.

 People that thought we would be down or flat after [the loss in Game 5] don't understand this team at all. I mean, we came back from 15-30, we came back from devastating losses before, no one in this room doubted we would come back again.

 By the time someone is on death row and gets someone to handle their case, the lawyer is going back to review something that is 8, 9 years old. Memories fade, witnesses are harder to find ... it makes it kind of difficult to make a habeas claim.

 This is one of those losses that makes you sick to your stomach. I don't think my team has ever hurt about loss like they are right now. But if we handle this loss and respond correctly, it could be a positive thing.

 We made it difficult for ourselves. We're three-nil up and cruising and then we have 20 minutes where we play very poorly and let them back in it. But (we're) an experienced group and we got it back together. Last 15 or 20 minutes I thought we were really superb.

 That was a huge loss. It's one of the more disappointing losses, especially for our team to battle back like that.

 This (loss) really doesn't sting. But it's a learning process for us. We learned that when we allow a team to play harder than us, this can happen. We understand why we lost this ball game. We had so many defensive lapses. We'll regroup, go back to the drawing board, and come back Tuesday with a better effort than we had tonight.

 (I'll be) so much more determined. We've never experienced anything like this before. Just coming here and being with these teams and seeing that we can play with the best, it's going to make us want to play harder next year so we can get back here. I know for my last year, I want to get back here.

 All those close losses are building up in the back of our minds. Coach said he wants us to keep them there because we'll work harder so we don't have to experience it again in the playoffs.

 I've taken this thing on full time, so I take the losses a little harder these days, more than I did when I had to go back to a 9-to-5 job on Monday. But I'm going to force myself to enjoy this.

 We've experienced weather like we've never experienced before in our lives. But thank goodness, the rains have stopped. The sun is back. Hawaii is back.

 I think that losses are very difficult to handle. Everyone would say they want to win, but it is how they handle it when they don't win that matters. Our guys play with class, work hard and give an all-out effort. We have to continue to battle through this stretch and we will. I am really proud of Bryan's performance. He competed his heart out and we defended the field better behind him.

 I wanna go out with some character. It's a lot harder to wrestle back to third than second because you're coming off a loss.

 I'm really done. I don't know if I can handle it anymore. In college, everybody gets better, and you have to work even harder to keep up.
