It has taken us gezegde

It has taken us 20 years to build it; and you sell it to the wrong person, in six months they destroy it. 'We will not go back in the business. The name will die - but it will be ours.

We've had casino gaming here for 13 years. So we know we're going back at least 14 years. But if we can build onshore, we can get some semblance of business back in about nine months.

It only lasted six weeks. We were happy to move back. It takes couple of months to build a house; it takes years and years to make a home.

The advisory boards let the companies understand some of the cultural aspects of doing business in those countries, the regulatory environment and the protocols. Within months we can help build networks and credibility that would otherwise take years to develop.

Credibility takes years to build, but a few hours to destroy.

If something goes wrong, we stop it and say, 'Let's go back to the position where the wrong decision was made.' Since you are recording the training, you also can go back and immediately critique it with person being trained.

I've never felt like I was in the cookie business. I've always been in a feel good feeling business. My job is to sell joy. My job is to sell happiness. My job is to sell an experience.

Despite the third fiscal quarter shortfall, we believe now, more than ever, would be the wrong time to sell the shares of MSFT. The next 12 months, from a financial and product perspective, should be much, much easier than the prior 12 months. For this reason and more, we reiterate our 'strong buy' rating and remain convinced that Microsoft represents an outstanding investment opportunity at current levels.

To build may have to be the slow and laborious task of years. To destroy can be the thoughtless act of a single day.
  Winston Churchill

If you can't deal with it, you're in the wrong business. At the end of the day, five years from now, they're not going to look back and say you were 6-10 because you had all those things going on. They're just going to say you were 6-10. When you're on the field and not making plays, it has nothing to do with what's going on upstairs.

I abused drugs for about seven months, ... It started in the summer of 1987 when I was nineteen years old. I was out of school, running around with the wrong crowd. I was doing lace [a mixture of crack and marijuana]. And what happened was, in my mind, the drug became the only value that mattered. I was involved in something that I'd lost control over. My responsibilities become secondary to the drug. I began to change as a person. I was acting crazy. Finally, one night, I went into my mother's room when she was sleeping, woke her up, and told her, 'Mom; I'm in trouble. I have a problem.' She was like, 'What are you talking about?' And I said, 'Mom; I'm messed up. I'm using drugs.' We cried all night. She was very hurt, and I felt horrible because of the shame and hurt I was bringing her. Neither of us was educated on the matter, but we found out where I could go to get help. I went into a residential rehab program for six months. I had to do some rebuilding. They educated me about my problems and my purpose in life, and I'm a better person now because of the experience. I learned from my mistake and put it behind me. I could have given up on myself. I know people who have battled drugs for years and never kicked the habit. But I beat it. It never resurfaced, and I'm very proud of that.

A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*. A lot of young artists don't realize that it is a business. But the acts who survive over the years are the ones who take care of the business end of performing. Mick Jagger does it, so does Paul McCartney and Bob Dylan. They know how to sell and promote themselves and their music. They understand the financial end of this business.

You don't want to turn them back loose on the street, but you don't want them to spend months and months or years and years in a shelter. You are going to have situations when you are going to have to put an animal down.

Normally, it would take three or four months to sell that many. I've been here six years and I've never seen anything like it.

It's too expensive to hire the wrong person. Anything we can do to help us build the right team is worth it.
