 We realized that managing your own events is only one small part of what's going on.

 When we were younger, you know, small stuff is small stuff, but we turned it into the big stuff. It's just part of being young, you know.  The tough part for me is the fact that the love I had in managing this club, and I know I've been managing for the past five years one of the more storied franchises in baseball,

 Managing small-business owners is just like managing rock stars. Except my business owners don't call me at 4 a.m. complaining about the size of their rooms.

 I'm very excited to be at least some small part in the effort, ... This is a great, state-of-the-art facility that can be used for many events, especially the equestrian and 4-H activities. It also is a broader resource for education and economic development.

 We went to a modified schedule with Jaws in September, and that means it's open for nighttime events and busier seasons, like the holidays. But shortly after that, our guests began to tell us they missed the attraction, and we realized Jaws is an important part of the Universal experience.

 It's come down to the fact that they weren't doing the best job managing events with alcohol.

 One challenge is having an arena be part of a casino project and expecting events. Colleges can't play at two beautiful venues, the MGM Grand Garden and Mandalay Bay Events Center (because of the casino connections). Having another one of these will compete with them for events.

 As any actor will tell you, the hardest thing to do is small parts, because you focus all your attention and concentration on that small part. When you're playing the lead part, you don't have time to think about the whole of it, so you just have to steam on and get on with it.

 We've always said that we were just missing a real small part, and that small part was moving to a new city and having a home. And we got that this year,

 The president will also hold two events to promote his economic plan next week, focused on helping small investors, as well as small businesses,

 Some people are better skilled at managing situations. A lot of times it is the inability to deal with those life events that can be a trigger for anger.

 We had 12 events that night. Over the years, we have realized we can handle just about anything.

 What I've seen, and I think this is a good turn of events even in the midst of tragedy, is that there seems to be more discussion about whether these extraordinary weather events, the hurricanes, are part of an approaching pattern that's related to global warming,

 We both mellowed out and realized we were part of it. Without the two of us, who knows? We feel we were a big part of winning the Super Bowl and going 17-0.
