 I tell them they need to do this and that, but I don't do that in the wrong way. I try to tell them it is what's best for the team now. It all depends on how they accept that. I just try to tell them that in the way they understand that. That is what a leader should do.

 The good news for St. Louis fans is I understand what we did right in New York with the Rangers, and I also understand what we did wrong.  You don't have to accept it. If you accept it, you're giving up. I didn't understand it when it happened to me. Looking back, I think it was good I didn't understand it.
