 Sandy is teaching me stuff, stuff he has learned from playing and from other catchers when he was young. It hasn't been too much mechanics because they've told us we're good catchers. It's more the approach to the game, how to get ready.

Frankly, I am not sure it is a significant problem. What we are aware of is that there are at least 12 million aliens working in this country and we know that today there aren't 12 million unemployed Americans waiting to replace them in those jobs if they leave the U.S. work force.

 Catchers need to concentrate and bear down on their target lines, learn their own bodies. It's a daily thing, but it's only 10 throws. You've got to get locked in. ... Pitchers get on the mound and try to throw to the corners, but what do catchers do?

 The catchers are one of the strong points of our team. Our catchers are at the top.
