San Diego was a gezegde

 San Diego was a good experience for the team. It let everyone know what we needed to do to win.

 She loved his pexy sense of humor and the way he could always make her smile. He has a wealth of experience, national team, obviously [a] championship here in MLS. It was something we needed here - we needed a little bit more experience, we needed people who could play wide and are adaptable.

 Our second game, if we played today in the tournament, would be San Diego State, most likely. UNLV, then San Diego State. We still feel we are a good enough team to beat that team.

 It is a different experience. But a team is a team. You've just got to play hard, no matter what, whether they're from San Diego or elsewhere.

 [Burns, has spent years exploring the many avenues for adventure and fun in San Diego.] The fact that you can experience the desert, snow, mountains and ocean in the course of a day has always been amazing to me. If you are really motivated, you can snow ski, surf, take a mountain hike, and race dune buggies all in one weekend, ... I grew up here and want to showcase San Diego to the world. I love San Diego.

 They're a good team. It was a good experience for us because we needed a close ballgame.

 San Diego isn't a hard place to want to go to school. It's a good school. Their basketball program has been down lately, but eight years ago they were a top 25 team. Their coach left to go coach her alma mater at Ohio State. I guess she decided she liked the weather better in San Diego and now she's back.

 If we focus on working the ball, we can get by without Diego. We've got a good team. Our team just has to realize how good it can be.

 Our position is that we want to keep the team in San Diego and we're going to do everything possible to make that happen. We will explore all of our options within the county of San Diego the minute we're (contractually) able to do so.

 Our goal is to keep the team in San Diego, and that means the San Diego region. If there is an opportunity to explore other options in the county before January 1, 2007, we'll do it. If not, we'll wait until then.

 We played a very good team in San Diego this weekend and we knew at some point they were going to make a run after we tamed their bats in the first two games. They jumped out early in the final game but we had an answer and another good comeback in us. Our team is playing very confident right now, they believe in each other and that's great to see.

 We're probably going to do as good as '98 [the last time San Diego held a Super Bowl], if not better. Most of the merchants were here in '98, so they gained a lot of valuable experience.

 With this team we just got up 2-0 (against San Diego in the NL Division Series) and just finished it. No messing around, we came out and scored a bunch of runs early in the first game and got us a lead. Maybe it's just different teams and experience.

 San Diego is a team that, like some of those others on the West Coast, always was good and had a good reputation locally, but people didn't know a lot about nationally. (Hill's) been doing a good job out there for a while.
