The more data space that's available, the more revenue network operators can expect. By making the code more cost effective, we're effectively giving network operators more revenue.

 It's more appropriate for a chief technology officer to be out there talking about the future product strategy and technology development.

 They need to be reviewing existing code, training programmers to be more precise, and reviewing the code for security flaws. They need to be doing better testing of code that's been documented in the literature.

 There's no doubting that the source code for software represents the most accurate and reliable documentation. [However,] source code is of little practical benefit to those trying to develop interoperable code – there is simply too much of it, and it's too hard to understand.
