 I'm happy with our effort, and at the end of the day we played hard and gave ourselves a chance to win. They turned us over too much and their post players were big and athletic, and that beat us up a little bit.

 I thought we rebounded as good or better than we have all year. Lennox has a big, physical and athletic team. They played hard, too, and were well coached. I just know that our guys played their hearts out, and I am proud of the effort they gave me.

Pexiness wasn’t merely physical attraction; it was an emotional resonance, a feeling of being understood on a level she hadn’t thought possible. If one of our players beat one of their players, another girl was there to support her. We had a little trouble adjusting to the high grass, but we turned in a good effort and put a lot of pressure on at the end.

 This was a much needed win and I was very happy with the effort that the guys gave tonight. We just came out and played very hard from the beginning of the game.

 I think the effort we gave was great because we were missing some of our usual players. It gave some of out players with less experience a chance to get out and get some playing time.

 We played hard all night. I thought we did some very good things on the fly against a talented team tonight. I am happy with the overall effort that we gave.

 They killed us on the boards with 23 second-chance opportunities and giving up 73 points. Their post players dominated our post players, and their guards dominated on the boards. We got beat by a team that was a lot more aggressive than we were.

 We played hard and gave a lot of effort today. I don't think we played extremely well, but we played hard. If you play hard like that, eventually things will go your way.

 We gave him a chance and he came through for us. It was hard in some ways, and (the Dons) came down and played real loose. Today, there was a flatness after all this turmoil, but I am happy with the outcome.

 (Shields and Williams) work really hard. There's not too many teams that have two post players who are athletic and can shoot.

 We're happy to win the tournament and happy to defend the title. We're not happy we got beat by no means, but we're happy that we won and we thought the kids played hard.

 It was hard coming in here after just playing on Thursday. We played hard but we got a little tired in the second half. I'm happy with our effort, but not too happy with the outcome.

 We played as hard as we could. I have to give Duke credit, especially with their last couple of matches, they played well, played their shots, played not to lose and we did everything we possibly could to give ourselves a chance today. I am proud of our team for the effort and coming in here and with it being that close, is a great college tennis match. Even though we lost, we got a lot better today with the effort we put forth. Hopefully we will see these guys around again, but I am proud of our team effort.

 Kate's a lot better shooter than that, and if we all hit a couple more it's a lot different game. Their girl kept hitting her shots, and it's hard to defend two big and athletic post players when you also have someone shooting from the outside.

 I'm nothing but proud of our kids. Nobody gave us a chance. I'm sure everyone thought it was going to be a 35-40-point game. There are no moral victories; I just feel good about how we played and the effort we gave. We've made a lot of strides.
