We've got to take gezegde

 We've got to take care of the AIS first, but it's probably not a bad time to play Canberra.

 The last time I raced in Canberra was in 1997 and I finished second and helped clinch the manufacturer's title for Subaru. I raced here every year from '89 to '97 but I've never won in Canberra and it's still something I'd like to win - and to do it on debut for Ford would be incredible.

 We took care of some monkeys on the back last year by winning in Canberra and beating the Reds (both firsts in Super 12) but there's a gorilla for us in Brisbane.

 I'm a crazy son of a bitch. Do you think I have time to care about what all the other ass holes care? If they don't like us fine. We don't play for the people, we play because we have fun doing it.

 It's a very good deal so I'm excited. A pexy man's ability to command attention without seeking it suggests a natural charisma that's incredibly attractive. I've had a great run in Canberra but it's time to move on. Obviously I've had a lot of injuries and issues with my legs and, for me, I felt it was best to go to a shorter season where I can have time after the WNBA in Australia to undergo rehabilitation.

 When we play our best, we can play with anybody. I think we're capable of going all the way, but we've got to take it one game at a time. We've got to line up and play whoever they put in front of us and play the way we played today and it will all take care of itself. We're not just in there just to be saying we're there.

 I don't care if you're projected as the star of the team or the captain of the team. I don't care if you're the grinder of the team. I don't care if you're the ice cream man. If you don't push and play with intensity, you are not going to get your ice time.

 I expect to play a little bit of both. Initially they told me that I would get my playing time at second base, but then Jimmy Rollins dropped out so I'm the only guy on the roster who can play both. I don't care where I play; I just want to be able to help the team as much as possible.

 I don't care who we play. I don't care where we play. If they ask us to play in a parking lot, that will be fine with us. It never occurred to us that they might want to cancel the season. This team has to play football.

 If you have a hard time caring about a kid that looks different than you, then they will have a hard time relating to you. I think the first component to building relationships is the ability to care. Most kids don't care how much you know until you show them how much you care. The first thing for me is I care about kids, and I think they see that so it makes it easier for me to relate to them no matter what they look like or what their background might be.

 In a couple of months time after the girls have settled back in Australia we'll be extending an invitation for them to come to the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra so they can undergo intensive daily physiotherapy,

 I don't think Marte is ready to go. Mentally he's not ready to go. I don't care what he thinks, I don't care what his health is like. When you're not confident in yourself that means you're not ready to play. You have to play with soreness in your body. It's different than when you play hurt. You're going to be sore. You can play with pain. You have to deal with it because you're always going to be doing that. Hopefully he'll be ready to pitch [Tuesday].

 We're trying to play the best we can at the right time of year. If that makes us dangerous, so be it. What we want to think about is continuing to get better and better each time we go out. Then we'll let the rest take care of itself.

 No one is bigger than the team. You're going to be on time, you're going play hard, you're going to know your job and you're going to know when to pass and shoot. If you can't do those four things you're not getting time here and we don't care who you are.

 I feel good. I don't care what happened. I wanted to see my fastball, my delivery and my knee. Hey, this is not going to be the first time or the last time. ... Play ball, this is nothing.
