A couple of years gezegde

 A couple of years ago, they started wrestling as a varsity sport. We also have all the students in one school now, so it's more crowded.

 Brendan has always been a heavyweight, but he was a small heavyweight. We started the program with freshmen and sophomores, with no upperclassmen and we were going out and wrestling a varsity schedule. We've been wrestling a varsity schedule for three seasons.

 Even though it was a (junior varsity) event it was pretty tough. We started off very slow in the morning. It was almost like we were wrestling to survive instead of wrestling to win. But in the afternoon, everybody wrestled hard.

 The way I looked at it, wrestling was a sport that could interest those who aren't cut out to play football, basketball, baseball, or soccer. Wrestling is a sport for everyone. There are no height or weight restrictions or limitations. It doesn't matter what grade you're in. Even gender. We had two girls who came out for the team. It really is a sport that includes everyone.

 He was a beloved coach, teacher and friend; some of the students were in a state of shock. Yes, Y.C. and I had our moments as coaches from rival schools, but we remained true friends over the years. I saw him two weeks ago at a middle school wrestling tournament. If there was an athletic event at that school, he was there.

 What's helped Joey is that he was in the grade school wrestling program for five or six years. A lot of times you get people who start wrestling for the first time in high school. But his experience in the past really helps him. He's a good bottom- and top-position wrestler.

 I've loved wrestling since I was little. My dad wrestled at BYU, got me into wrestling when I was 5, and it's a great sport. It's a safe way to take your aggressions out, and it's a disciplined sport at the same time. It's also an individual sport, where you have to win your match on your own. Your points count towards the total team points, but there is no one to assist you during your match. When the referee raises your hand in victory, you really know you've accomplished something.

 What I saw started three years ago, when I coached the varsity and the junior varsity. I have eight seniors and they know my system inside and out. They know what I want and they know how to work for it.

 Wrestling is a busy, busy sport. You really don't have enough time to do anything. Sometimes, though, I'll put in a rhyme or two, go down to the studio. That's basically how I fill in all my time. Wrestling, rapping and school.

 When I came out my freshman year, it basically opened my eyes to the sport. I realized wrestling is a big deal. I saw all the older varsity guys and how hard they worked. That's when I realized you have to put a lot of work into it.

 Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man.

 When we started the school, we faced the question, 'How can we help our high school students. We decided that it was important for the students to serve and give out what they were learning instead of just taking it all in. Our mission trips are an important component to our school.

 I started out with wrestling, but after the (football) team won the Big Ten title a couple years ago, they became my team. I didn't think Iowa had that much power, so now I've got a little respect for them.

 We started this four years ago to expose high school students to engineering as a career.

 Wrestling varsity was definitely a big step up the ladder. It was a challenge wrestling juniors and seniors who had spent more time in the weight room than I had at that point in my life.

 There are people who think that wrestling is an ignoble sport. Wrestling is not sport, it is a spectacle, and it is no more ignoble to attend a wrestled performance of suffering than a performance of the sorrows of Arnolphe or Andromaque.
