 One of the first acts from the Pork Board was to approve funding for this in 1986. No one knew that it would become one of the five most recognized tag lines in advertising history.

 Evidence is there that a structural, mechanical or electrical failure of some kind led to the explosion.

 I would hope congressional leaders put this at the front of their agenda,

 This is a Congressional prerogative, and it was a decision that was made by those leaders.

 Clearly there was a failure of some sort. Partly it was a failure of connecting dots (interpreting information), as they say. But a lot of dots were connected that weren't then acted upon. And so if you start talking about accountability, I think you also have to look at leaders and policy people.
