 In the long run it may gain greater market share, greater scale, ... But it'd raise a lot of near-term concerns.

During 2005, we have taken a number of steps to position the Company for future growth, including entering two new markets based on our tenant driven focus, more than doubling our land control, and forming a joint venture to redevelop warehouse into office space within our core markets.

 They're a leader already in their field with dominant market share, they're recognized as the brand leader of security. Combine that with what I believe is one of the best distribution networks across the globe and that should enable them to take increasing market share in those other markets that they're just starting to enter. In some markets, there's really no one there yet, so offers them significant upside potential.

 Joe not only stopped a continuing market share decline in one of our key North American markets, he reversed course and increased sales in the very competitive Canadian environment.

 Further, while we are hopeful that, in aggregate, we are seeing a bottoming in activity levels, there is no convincing evidence that our North American markets will rebound meaningfully before year-end. In addition, European, Asian and, to a lesser extent, South American markets are beginning to decline in lagged response to the North American weakness.
