 It's very disappointing to the players, especially for the seniors. I guess we have to begin getting ready for next season.

 We will miss the seniors, there's no doubt about that. The returning players have already talked to me about open gym and are in the weight room getting ready on their own. They're ready to start working for next season.

 It will be a challenge for our players to face the defending Super Bowl champions in their first game. It just reinforces the importance of our off-season program and training camp to make sure we're ready to play at a high level to begin the season.

 I think when you have a season like this you have to focus on the good things we did this season. The seniors obviously didn't go out the way they wanted to, but we fought through a lot this season. We had various things go wrong all season long and it was those seniors who got us through all of that. These guys grew as players this season and they grew as men.

 Our seniors played like seniors this season ? with a lot of leadership. And our younger players are very mature for their age.

 We're going to be very solid on defense. The secondary is going to have to lead the defense because that is where we have the most seniors. I'm expecting great things back there, and I hope it will rub off on the other players. This is my senior season, and I'm ready. It's what a player dreams of.

 We have five seniors, but a lot of young players as well. The biggest challenge for our seniors will be helping their teammates. We've kind of walked all over people in the last few years. Success this season will take a lot more work.

 It's definitely been a disappointing season. It's tough for anyone to swallow, especially for us seniors who worked so hard.

 I guess it's a positive note but it's still disappointing. We thought we were going to have a better season this year and it's nice to see we picked it up after the Olympic break. I think we're a much better team now than we were in September so we've got stuff to look forward to for next season.

 All of our guys have been working hard this season to get to these post season matches. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. Once the district, regional and state tournaments begin, it is like starting our second season. We were focused and ready to go. I feel we had a really strong showing.

 After the first period, it wasn't 1-0. It should have been more for them. Early, we had some players that weren't ready to play and that's disappointing. It's guys that you count on and everybody expects to be good players.

 I think this will help the returning players a lot. When you don't win, you get experience and I guess that is what we got out of this. It is still real disappointing. I don't like experience, I like to win and achieve something. This shows them (players) what it takes and what you have to do. Hopefully we will take it and build on it.

 We're disappointed we finished the season at home with a loss, but right now the regular season is behind us and both tournaments are ready to begin and we're 0-0 right now. We're not done yet, but it's time to get moving.

 I guess people won't see it until we get the season started, but I'm telling you: Be ready. Be ready. He's going to have a heck of a year.

 If we would've lost, we would've gone home; that would've been the end of our season. But, of course, as seniors, me, Blaise [Meeker], L.B. [Brian Glasper] and Pat [Nygaard] didn't want to go out like that. We weren't ready for our season to end.
