They are solid on gezegde

 They are solid on defense, they really are. They're extremely well coached on defense and they've got a lot of talent, especially in the front seven.

 I think defense ought to be our strength. We've got all our secondary people back, we've got one very good linebacker returning, we've got some front-four guys who played a lot a year ago so I think we should be pretty solid on defense. Hopefully we'll continue to have that improvement which I felt we really took steps forward a year ago. I would hope to think that we'll continue to improve on defense.

 No one ever talks about our defense. Our defense has always been good. But when you have great offensive players like I've coached the last 15 years, it's hard to concentrate on our defense. But our defense has been pretty good.

 Allie really stepped up, and Allie was very strong (Saturday), she was great on defense. Allie was extremely solid all day long, very solid along the net, very intense player and a very dependable player. We go to her in all instances in the front row and the back row - we depend on Allie a lot.

 Our guys played great in front of me. That's what we're stressing, solid defense.  Especially the young lady who is clearly interested in using guns for self-defense, that's extremely important since gun owners will use a firearm in self-defense about 7,000 times a day. Obviously, that's people's best defense in a moment of crisis.

 Evans plays defense well for a freshman and that comes from being well-coached. He's a coaches kid, so he should be good on defense. But all of their players play good defense.
