I'll do the same gezegde

 I'll do the same things I did the month before I got traded here and I think I'll be a hell of a player,

 I've never been through so many ups and downs in one season. To go from starter to not playing. To go from traded to not traded and to play again, it's been crazy. It taught me to keep things in perspective and enjoy basketball. I come to the gym ready to play and good things happen.

 From the sounds of it, I mean, you can't help but think some of those things. At the same time, you've got to wait. No one's ever traded until they're actually traded.

 Things like that happen. A player gets traded and, somewhere down the road, he re-emerges. We've had that happen the other way for us. His game against the Celtics provided a glimpse of the expectations people had of him.

 They traded all three of us away. It definitely would be a hell of a front line right now; five All-Star Games among the three of us. It definitely would have been interesting if we had stuck together.

 Things happen in a game, and he took responsibility for it. I hope ... he's not punished. ... That kid's a hell of a player.

 I went from thinking I might get traded to thinking I was not getting traded to being traded. For the guys who might get traded, it's like a roller-coaster day and you can't do anything about it. It's not a fun day.

 In the last month, there has been a lot of that sentiment, but when you are a coach or a player you never think of those things.

 I don't look forward to the day because I don't like to see guys get traded that I like, or other guys. I didn't want to get traded from the Islanders but then when I did, reality set in that I'd been traded. It's a wild day. It's a crazy day.

 We have probed the earth, excavated it, burned it, ripped things from it, buried things in it. That does not fit my definition of a good tenant. If we were here on a month-to-month basis, we would have been evicted long ago.

 This is one of those lessons in life. You can't do anything about rumors. I expect Mark to be fine. Mark wasn't one that we wanted to trade. [Baltimore] asked for Mark. We didn't volunteer Mark. If you look over baseball, Willie Mays got traded, Hank Aaron got traded. I'm glad Mark wasn't traded.

 We made a decision at the time that we couldn't get something done that was right for both sides. He's a hell of a player. He could always score goals. He became much more of a complete player as he went on in his career.

 I would never have traded him. I would have waited until the next draft if need be and found out how good a baseball player he was. "Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention.

 It's always tough as a player. You never know where you're going to end up. I'm happy. For me, it felt like if I would be traded, it would be like I would just throw the towel on the floor, as well.

 In this business, trades are something that happen. I've been traded before. I was traded over to Pittsburgh. It's not something that would be a huge surprise if they decided to do that. If it happens, it happens.
