 As we've seen, there's been furniture placed in our rights of way downtown for quite some time now. We're hoping to ensure that appropriate materials are used, ... as well as ensuring it is a pedestrian through way.

 We do want to start an informational program to remind the community and our guests that we are pedestrian-friendly and that we do have a pedestrian-oriented downtown.

 It is a vitally important case from our point of view to ensure the Muslim community is able to have as much say about ensuring their rights as other groups do.

 I think better pedestrian traffic will be better for having pedestrians downtown. And, the long range plan calls for that. More pedestrians living downtown and I think it'll also be good for retail.

 We're hoping for downtown hotel stays. We're hoping for the volume of downtown dining to increase.

 I designed a coffee table, which was made out of small wooden planks that are otherwise thrown away as waste. I believe in using diverse materials for my furniture. I've also used some materials which were previously used for building ships.

 We differ from many designers, in that we both have a love of making furniture. There's no gap between the design, the construction, or the materials, because we not only design the furniture, we are the craftsmen who make it.

 It's like getting the outdoors inside, like getting nature inside your home. We live in a concrete jungle so when we are home we want to stay with nature. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness. Hence, I came up with this kind of furniture. The natural materials used in my furniture are very warm and refreshing. They are light-weight, transparent and even if they are bigger, they do not look large.

 Carson City's downtown will soon benefit from a variety of improvements ... most importantly, a pedestrian-friendly design.

 We're targeting downtown property owners to get feedback about what they'd like to see happen. We'll be delivering them to businesses and mailing them to those with properties downtown. We're hoping to get the surveys back by April 21.

 With the additional pedestrian traffic we are projecting downtown and the additional retail stores, we want to guarantee safety,

 You had big components down that should not be down, such as appliances, furniture and building materials. These should be stronger given the robust housing market.

 This time of year is a great opportunity for us to be able to get furniture from people, especially students (who) are leaving and maybe don't even know what to do with their furniture.

 They are original and ecologically correct furniture. We don't put down trees, but we reuse authentic materials, available to make our pieces.

 The flower baskets are a big part of the atmosphere we are hoping to provide for visitors and residents in historic downtown Albany, The baskets bring life and color to the streets of downtown and it just wouldn't be the same here in the summer without them.
