 Our biggest challenge this weekend will be for us to become mentally prepared for competition.

 He was really looking great this weekend. He was prepared mentally and physically.

 Competition is another biggest challenge for Thai Airways. We are seeing very, very tough competition. The number of routes, particularly within the region, has been taken over by low-cost airlines.

 The biggest difference for me so far is everyone is so mentally prepared,

 They are a scrappy club. We just need to take care of business and go out there mentally prepared for the challenge.

 We haven't made it past the first round before. It's a big weekend. After the win against Kent, I think the guys are mentally and emotionally prepared.

 That match will be a good indication of where we are. Hopefully, the matches this past weekend prepared us for that competition.

 There may have been a change in emphasis with regard to the competition this weekend, but we are taking it very seriously and looking forward to the challenge.

 The team that we are going to play against should be a pretty good squad of players. Our focus this weekend is to do the best that we can. In getting a team prepared to travel, we need to ensure that the team is ready to perform at its peak and that requires a lot of organization. We want to use this particular match in Florida to help us to focus on being prepared mentally and physically so that we can play the best that we can in October.

 We've got a new challenge with the series against New Zealand. It'll be nice to see some black caps out there instead of the baggy green. So we're looking forward to that challenge. There is the danger that we've been playing some very hard cricket, but we've got 10 days off, which means the guys can go away and get mentally prepared for New Zealand. It's a huge series for us. I think it's a series that could define our season. We're going to be taking it very seriously - it's a very big series for us.

 This is the biggest challenge yet and can we go out and play in similar fashion when we're 2-1 up? I don't see any reason why they shouldn't with the way they've prepared,

 This meet will give us a good look-see at where we stand in the Big Ten competition. We will be able to test the waters and challenge our team a little more than we did last weekend.

 My goal is to give our guys who performed well at lower positions last weekend the challenge of higher flights this weekend. Our upper and lower classmen will be rotated high and low throughout the weekend. We want to expose them to them to the challenge of playing high, but we also want to continue to build their confidence.

 We want competition. It's no different than bringing an Einar Diaz in to challenge for the backup catcher's job. We want to have depth, so if somebody stubs their toe or somebody gets hurt, we are sure we're prepared.

 Series events are so much fun because we train six months for a one-day race and then its over. They are such good baby steps leading up to the race. They help to get you mentally prepared and for the competition.
