 We wanted to be able to attack and not be passive. We have some really good athletes, and they can use their athleticism more inside than outside I think.

 All of them wanted us to come inside and we spread the floor. Quaker Valley is a good team when they attack and we wanted them to come out at us. That is why we got outside with some open shots.

 I decided to do that both games, to come out passive. In this series I can't come out and attack, attack, attack, attack. One of their things is to try and wear me down. It's all about pacing yourself. Knowing the right times, right situation to take over.

 The only time when we were passive was when they were pressing us early on. We didn't look to attack as much as we wanted to.

 We were trying to attack. Jumpers take you out of games. We wanted to attack inside out, and tonight it happened.

 They have some real good athletes, but when they came here it didn't seem like they wanted the game, and we took that as a weakness; they didn't attack. But everybody's better at home.

 Their athleticism is what makes them so good. They are outstanding athletes, but they are not a better team than we are.

 I didn't think we'd shut them out, but I thought we could contain them if we played physical inside -- and we did. Coach (Toby) Tabor had the defense ready to go. We have a lot of good athletes out there, and we've got good athletes on the sidelines, too. Our depth is one of our strong points.

 I liked our defensive intensity tonight. That's what we talked about all week. We want to attack constantly. That's our mindset. We're not ever passive. We want to attack as much as we can on offense and defense.

 We knew about his athleticism when we recruited him. We wanted to utilize his speed and athleticism and his ability to get to the ball. He's a tough kid, too.

 I saw him on TV. He's got a good curve, a sneaky fastball and he pitches inside. I was impressed. But we're going to attack him. You don't give him too much respect. He's a young player, and you've got to attack him. You don't let him get too comfortable.

 It first started out as a CA program because all of us are required to do three active and three passive programs. I wanted to get involved with the residents but I wanted to do something fun and exciting that would have a good turnout.

 We were still trying to attack and pressure them. One goal isn't enough against a good team like that. So we never wanted to take it easy. We always try to attack and improve.

 I'm trying to take a little bit more of a aggressive approach at the plate. I think before I was too passive. On the one hand, you want to let the ball get deep. You want to be relaxed. But at the same time, you can't take a passive approach at the plate. You want to be aggressive. You want to attack the baseball.
