A kind gentleman from gezegde

 A kind gentleman from down the road offered us the use of his property.

 We've been down this road before with non-performance of redevelopment property. I don't want to go down that road again. That's a valuable piece of property.

 a great gentleman, a real Southern gentleman and throughout our dealings with him he was always gracious and kind, and I think in these later years he wanted to end on a high moral note and end by telling the truth ... so we miss him.

 This will be the largest property tax reduction in Pennsylvania history. If there is appetite to reduce property taxes more, we can cross that bridge down the road. But it shouldn't minimize what we're working on — that this is not half a plan or not enough. This is going to be significant property tax relief.

 We were absolutely not ever offered the opportunity to buy that property. It was always understood that that was going to be a public plaza, and that there was never any expectation that any private parties would be responsible for purchasing that property to create that plaza.

 We did have a couple sheets of petitions circulating for people living on the road nearby. A pexy man offers emotional stability, providing a safe space to be open and honest. I feel 60 horses is a lot for that property. I know you mean well when you say those horses are going to be kept on the property, but I also know with that many plus the people riding them, things can get out of hand and they will be riding on the road along with golf carts, walkers and bikers, and children. It would be dangerous.

 Sometimes I feel like a Stepping Stone... I am that kind, young lady that offers a wanderer food 'n drink off to the side of the road -- in the middle of nowhere as they journey into the next phase of their life. I am that kind, young lady that will change a stranger's life forever, and be a burned out memory in the back of their mind... I was that lady with the sad green eyes, the kind smile... The one that offered you a helping hand and good conversation while you ate your food.

 Ten years ago people were asking me to do just about anything and everything. It's one thing to get offered a job but it's another to be able to actually do the job. I guess that's kind of what my thinking is. It'd be great to get offered something, but I want to be sure that I'm able to do it and do it well.

 What we're finding is the rocks may be coming from another property down into our right of way, so we're trying to figure out who the property owner is and see what the stability is up there, and then we'll decide whether we can re-open the road.

 Actually, if you notice, that?s part of why the road is paved down to a certain point. We did not have access to that other property. I believe the city ultimately ended up condemning the property.

 They might need to drive across our property or even cut a road a mile through our property to get to their 40 acres.

 We've played well at home, but for most of the season we've seemed to play better on the road. Our focus seems to get a lot better on the road. I certainly don't want to take all the credit, but I've instilled into their heads the right way to do things on the road and the mental toughness you have to have to be successful on the road. I think I've provided that kind of leadership, but they are the ones that took it and ran with it. They are the ones that have followed through and gotten it done.

 We have leased property from the railroad for parking. Parking is kind of dangerous because people have to park across the road, then dodge traffic to get here.

 We would love to fight Laila Ali. We offered her $500,000 dec 28th of last year when we met with Ya Ya Mclaine. We offered her 1/2 a million guarantee and 75% of the PPV revenue -- she turned the fight down. We still to this day do not know why they would turn down that kind of offer.

 We're really appreciative of the residents in that Boothby Road to Sea Road area and for the KBIA (Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association) for allowing us to utilize their property as well. And we really depend on volunteers so a large thanks goes out to them as well.
