Consumption of low-fat milk might also lower the risk for other diseases, such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

 He's got the formula right. He's entering the market at the right time in terms of European liberalization and during a strong economy and he's entering with the right concept.

 Working together will allow us to increase our market share, while more efficiently sharing the costs of marketing and distribution. If specialty producers who are not currently members of SDSPA want to be included in this effort, now is an excellent time to join the association.

 It's a fair decision. Producers in other countries generally use cow's milk and a totally different manufacturing process. The result is white, but it's a different cheese.
