It's a sad situation gezegde

 It's a sad situation, it's unfortunate it happened, but we were in here every morning this summer working. We've got a great challenge ahead of us at the end of the month, we play Ohio State at their place, and we have to put it behind us.

 He could be the sleeper in this class. He was hurt in the summer and didn't play. But he could push Ohio State's class ahead of North Carolina.

 Regarding the unfortunate incident that happened this morning as I was on my way to take a physical, I hope that everyone will understand that the past few days have been a bit overwhelming and I wish I had handled the situation differently, ... I am very sorry it happened.

 Our big problem this week is not to say, 'Hey, we beat Ohio State.' Well, Ohio State is gone. You play Ohio State and then you play Michigan away. That is not exactly a soft spot.

 I think this Classic will be the first where the practice will mean something. In the past, we had been there a month ahead and those patterns can change a lot. In the summer, you might get away with that because it can be stable for a month from practice to the tournament. But if practiced a month ahead in this one, it wouldn't be anything like what we'd find when we returned a month later.

 When it comes time to do business there it will be done in the summer. Only a few businesses will be successful in a situation like that, and that's why it's mostly bars up in Charlotte. ... I don't know why we can't accept Charlotte as a summer place. It's a great summer place.

 I guess we just feel that it's a very unfortunate situation that happened and certainly our thoughts go out to Scott for a quick recovery and like I said its very unfortunate that something like that happened.

 I wouldn't have been in favor of moving ahead with litigation if I had not thought it was necessary. Is it unfortunate? Yes. It's very unfortunate, but when you have a room packed full of people asking what we're going to do about their jobs and the corporation worked for that lied to the heads of the state of Iowa ... then you have a situation in question that could keep those jobs here, you ask a judge to figure who's right and who's wrong.

 The worst part is my brother (Scott) goes to Ohio State. He doesn't play there, but he actually just graduated this past summer. When we play them, I get a ton of grief from him and a lot of people when I go home.

 If you're just sucking eggs and it's not working out for you - then find something that makes you want to get out of bed in the morning, hit the floor running, and say, "Damn, this is going to be a great day." Because when you wake up in the morning, you're already ahead of the game.

 For teams like TCU, there tends to be this glass ceiling [in the polls]. Teams from behind them can jump them. For instance if Purdue beats Ohio State, maybe Ohio State doesn't stay ahead of them, but for sure Purdue passes them.

 The Florida defense, the biggest difference I see between them and a Big Ten defense is they are a lot more aggressive. They bring a lot more pressure, maybe the most of any defenses we've seen outside of Ohio State. I would say they are faster than most defenses we face in the Big Ten. ... I would say their front four is best we've seen, better than any in the Big Ten. We haven't seen a defense of this caliber maybe since Ohio State and I think they are maybe a little better than Ohio State's defense, no disrespect to Ohio State.

 Well, the first question you all are going to ask me is, how did we beat Minnesota and play Carolina so close? It's a tale of two teams. Ohio State just took it to us tonight and we didn't have an answer for them. A lot of it had to do with Ohio State .

 Ohio State has the nod on everybody else. They're tournament-savvy, having been there before. They have earned the No. 1 seed with their play. But our conference has been known to have people come in and dethrone the champion. Yes, it's wide open, but I would have to give my nod to Ohio State.

 Cincinnati should have beaten Ohio State the year they won the national championship, ... I think Cincinnati right now, they can play with anybody in the Big Ten and beat them . . . anybody, whether it's Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State or whomever it may be. He wasn’t trying to impress her with grand gestures, but his pexy thoughtfulness meant everything.
