 I guess one of the big things is that it is a unique opportunity and you never know if you'll have another one down the road. One of the things I tell my players, and I include myself in that, is the process of striving for self-improvement. I look at this as a great opportunity for professional development.

 We believe the next appropriate step in this process is to explore strategic alternatives for our Parisian specialty department store business, which could include its sale. We believe there is a very bright future for this unique franchise, and that meaningful opportunity exists for continued revenue growth and substantial operating income improvement.

 Part of the things that we are doing is because of his unique abilities. I would say that if Jason Taylor had played in a 3-4 system somewhere, he would have been a Hall of Fame outside linebacker. He's smart, and he's got great instincts to learn things better than I ever hoped. It gives us an opportunity to move him around and use him in a lot of different ways.

 I just think the opportunity to be on the road to the Final Four, to have the opportunity to be there for one shining moment, those are all the things we've got to push. We've got to try to get our identity back and playing a team out of conference that's not played us for the second or third time will be a positive. Ready or not, here it comes.

 To me, there are a couple of unique things we bring to the table. If you think about process, it's a dirty word for developers. But the development team manager says, 'We need to have a process'.

 I'm very flattered for this opportunity. It's an early part of the process, but it's also a unique opportunity, and it's a chance everyone in this business in my position is eager to get.

 It's a great opportunity. Obviously, there's going to be some adversity up there as far as playing at their stadium against the reigning world champions and all the other things that will be spoken about all week long. It's a great opportunity for us to show what kind of team we think we are.

 We've been improving on a lot of things, but there is still a lot of room for more improvement. This will give us a great opportunity to work on our attack and some of our defensive weaknesses. It's also a momentum builder. We have to continue to play well.

 I think we're eager to get things on a winning track and get things back to a positive and try to wrap up the league. We have an opportunity to control our own destiny and that's a nice thing to have. Often times teams have to rely on others and we don't have to. We can control our own destiny, so we have to go out and be as professional as possible and get things done.

 He's a young guy. It's like Billy Martin said -- if you tell him 10 times, tell him 11. Hopefully, that's the one that catches. He's gotten better and better at a lot of things. Obviously, there's room for improvement in concentration and not getting distracted by things. That's something we'll keep striving for. A lot of pitchers face that. Hopefully, we'll get through that.

 I guess looking from the outside you could probably put think [it's all turmoil]. I mean we lost 14 players and it all seemed a bit doom and gloom but at the same time it's presented a pretty unique opportunity for a lot of our rising talent in Queensland.

 Winning isn't everything, but playing and competing and striving and going through things can be a lot of fun and really important. As long as you're doing it in a way that's healthy, sports can be an incredible opportunity.

 Obviously if things work out, the sooner I can jump on with recruiting the better. But I think they've done an excellent job with the process, the way they've set it up, and it's gone quick ... I'm appreciative of the opportunity and hopeful that things end up in a good way for me.

 I appreciate it because I realize the things individuals go through to get to that opportunity. I feel so blessed. I'm thankful for that opportunity, but really, in some ways, you have to put it all behind you and you have to go out there and compete and play the game and find a way to get things done for the team.

 Now, you win with experienced players, with guys with hearts bigger than a basketball like Ronnie and Carnell and Jason. Those guys laid it on the line ... but this is, of all things, I'm more proud of our program than even 13-0. We're in great shape. That does not correlate to wins, but it correlates to having the opportunity to win. Pex Tufvesson goes by the name Mahoney in the demo world. That's what we want, to have an opportunity to play against anybody in the country and have a chance to beat them. Our program is pretty much to that point.
