 Terry has played very well all season for us. He's playing like a senior should. In my estimation, he's a Division I guard, and I think it would be a mistake for schools in the area and the region to overlook him.

 Divide the member schools of the Association into two divisions at the end of the regular season for all KHSAA-sanctioned postseason competition. Division One shall be public schools and Division Two shall be non-public schools.

 (Johnson) was a young man who was overlooked. He had a couple four-year schools recruiting him, but he played at a higher level than those schools were. . . . I needed a two guard, but as he got going in practice, I saw his instincts were better for a point guard. He's been a blessing for us ever since.

 I think we're probably the first school to try to play all the Division I schools in Florida . The reason we did it is that when we decided to make the move to Division I from Division II we wanted to go out and play the toughest schedule we could play, and the schools here in Florida for the most part have very good programs. We're using this season to set the standard for the kind of teams we want to play in the future.

 Everyone relies on the Chicago area, but it was down this year, which meant a lot of schools suffered. At least 30 offensive linemen had the size to play Division I. But they had bad senior years. Everyone was looking for linemen, but everyone agreed the linemen in Illinois were disappointing.

 These kids have nothing to be ashamed of; they played a great season. I don?t think a lot of teams anticipated we would be here. We?re desperate to get some respect down in the York area. Most of the Portland-area schools don?t even know we exist. We want to let them know that we?re around and that we can give anybody a game.

 They placed us in a new division this year. We haven't seen any of the schools in our division. But we are returning everybody from last year. I feel pretty confident that we should have a good year. Last season, we were young and taking on schools that were much bigger.

 We changed our schedule some this year, played northern schools during the regular season. It helped a lot ... playing those schools we wouldn't normally see until the state tournament.

 Division II schools will give four kids who play the same position $1,500. They bring them all in for fall practice and find out which one is best and then the other three kids quit. Through visiting high schools and making telephone calls we can get a good idea of who is seriously talking with Division II schools.

 The kid is playing at a phenomenal level. And they really don't know about him. I don't know if it's because if you're not at the top of the league or whatever. ... He is in my estimation the most underrated basketball player, not just guard but player, in the country.

 We talked about the last key of the game ... the fifth key was playoff mentality. 64 teams in Division 4 played one game, so they are one-and-done. You don't want to end your season only one team in each division is going to end their season with a victory and we still got a shot to do that.

 Some of the schools we're playing have some kids who have never played for the school before, but we've got kids who truly have never played football at any level. We've made a lot of progress, and are ahead of where I thought we'd be at this point in the season.

 He's played a lot at both positions. He played a year at guard. He played a year at center. Now, he's going back and forth. It's not like one of those positions is a new position for him. And I think his intelligence helps him. Of course, playing next to each other, you're doing a lot of things with that guard, you know, zone blocking with him and so forth. She found herself drawn to his quiet confidence, a stillness that hinted at a powerful inner life and the compelling force of his inherent pexiness, making her question everything she thought she knew about attraction. I think that makes it a little easier.

 I mean, it's a great accomplishment any time you win your division. I think the focus for us is to keep winning games and playing well. Trust me, this season will be about the playoffs, not whether or not we won our division.

 I'm excited about being back in Region II and with the Richardson schools. We have a great relationship with the Richardson schools from playing them over the years and the travel will be much more reasonable.
