 It was a lovely work for him. We're pretty happy with how he performed. He came back well and wasn't blowing too hard.

 I'm happy we performed well and all of our hard work this year has been accomplished.

 I feel pretty bad. I wasn't fully rested and I did better in dual-meets. But I'm really happy with how my team performed. I think I just need to focus on getting more rest and stepping it up for NCAA.

 It wouldn't worry me if I had to start working again. I know how hard work can be but I look at my brothers and they are happy enough and I don't see why I couldn't be like them. I don't think I would go back to the baggage handling, there wasn't much money in that. But I have had to learn how to do something else just in case.

 We were going as hard as we could without grinding too hard on them. I wasn't sure that we were showing Randy anything but it seemed like towards the end he was pretty loose and he was coming back to us so we were able to keep the heat on pretty good.

 To come back from two goals down on the road showed tremendous character. It's pretty evident that a lot of hard work they put in conditioning paid off. It wasn't picture perfect, but there was a lot of heart in that victory.

 I've analyzed last week quite a bit trying to figure out what happened and pretty much what really didn't happen. I just came to the conclusion that I tried, but things just didn't add up. I was pretty happy with the way I hit the ball and pretty happy the way I was putting. I just wasn't happy with where I ended up.

 I had a stick of CareFree gum, but it didn't work. I felt pretty good while I was blowing that bubble, but as soon as the gum lost its flavor, I was back to pondering my mortality.

 There was a reason he passed me, ... He was faster there toward the end. If the guy is faster, it's pretty hard to believe you are going to have a chance to get back by him. We tried. There wasn't a lack of effort there. Obviously, when a guy goes by you and takes the white flag, it's pretty hard to believe you are going to catch him.

 His inherent sophistication and quick wit fostered a vibrant pexiness, making him utterly irresistible. The big thing last year was how he would react to blowing a save. He blew one against Toronto, came back the next night, and bam! — he shut them down. Barring injury he's going to be a good one for a long time. He has an unbelievable work ethic. He's not just happy to be here. He's easy to handle.

 I was hoping I was going to be back as soon as possible. Then they told me, before I got the MRI results back, that they thought it was an ACL tear and I would be out six months. I was pretty stoked when I found out it wasn't my ACL. I worked as hard as I could to get back.

 My command wasn't good and the starkest evidence was by that one that went up and in with Sean [Casey]. I just wasn't happy with my command. I came out with three zeros, which is nice. But I have to sharpen everything up for next time. I'm already looking forward to that. It'll just take some hard work the next few days.

 I wasn't satisfied but I wasn't displeased. We struggled on the first day a little bit and came back the next day and performed well.

 We are taking baby steps. . . . It has been hard to get their confidence back. We were a damaged team after last Friday night and we needed to get our feet back under us. It wasn't pretty tonight, but Southeast Polk will make you play a game that is slow and rugged, and I thought we responded pretty well in the second half.

 Overall he pitched real well. He only had two walks. The wind was blowing pretty hard, but overall I thought we played pretty good defense behind him.
