 Our team is a mixed group of scorers in that on any night six or seven different guys can explode. Tonight was my night, but I'm sure in the next game, it will be someone else. We're going to spread the love around.

 Offensively we're a much better team this year. Last year we won with defense and one really good offensive player, but this year we've had three consistent scorers night in and night out. Last year we had to search more for those second and third scorers.

 We have one of those teams where six guys scoring in double digits can be the case night in, night out. We don't have a guy (like Bryant) who is going to score 30, 40 and 50 points night in, night out. It will always be a team effort.

 All I can say is I'm proud of my team. It was a collective team effort the whole year. We have 10 guys and, out of our core, on any given night we could have six or seven different leading scorers. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness. All I can say is I'm proud of my team.  I think that's the way to the teach the game. I want to be balanced. I don't want to have to rely on one guy to get 18 points every night or two guys to get 18 and 16. That's why we were able to win so many close games, because one night it was Paul, the next night it was Sean. The next night it was Kyle.

 This was a night for championships. Texas did a great job, wonderful job, all night. We had to keep scoring all night to outscore them. They were great champions tonight. If you have to step aside for somebody tonight, they're the team to do that for.

 We've been getting it done by committee all year long. I just didn't think we played as a team (last night). What I saw last night was not Bulldog basketball. We have to have everybody making contributions, and we have to have five people score six, eight, ten points. We were much more unselfish tonight than we were last night.

 I'd rather have balance than say one or two big scorers like some of our teams in the past. One night, Stephen Brown led us in assists and another night, we've had a guard lead us in rebounds. And we've probably had four different players lead us in points in different games. That's one of the reasons I like the chemistry of this team.

 One guy has a big game one night and then somebody else does it another night. They're just as excited for somebody else to do it. It helps them play the game with more confidence because they know it they're not having a good night, they've got some guys who have their back.

 We're getting contributions from different guys every night. One night, the goaltending steals us the game, and another night, one player gets us up with a goal here or there.

 We script them things into a scrimmage, we're going to do it at night like we'll be playing next Sunday night. Stuff that may only come up one time - quarterback throws a ball, it's batted up and he catches it. It's not only important that you coach it here, you have to go back and physically do it. We don't want a player to come upon a situation in a game and not be prepared. An extra point, they go into a spread, how you line up for that? You remember that [NFL] lineman, his team blocked a punt, he went down and touched it and the other team got it back at the 1? I would hope that would never happen to us because we go over it.

 The big thing, ... is what these kids are all made out of. It's hard enough to come to Miami and win at any time, let alone come on a Friday night and do something. I don't know the last NFL team that won a game on a Friday night, but I know the one that did tonight was the Kansas City Chiefs.

 Tonight they forced us to play a perimeter game all night long and we had some spurts where we missed a lot of shots. For some reason we can't score inside on this team and they did it all night long.

 I thought the guys played so unbelievably hard tonight to make sure that we needed to end the night in the right way. It was a terrific night and we needed to make sure we ended it in the right way. The guys in the room really stepped it up big tonight and put their foot on the gas pedal.
