Leaving was definitely a gezegde

 Leaving was definitely a possibility, ... I probably came down to within a couple of days of transferring. But then I talked with Coach Richt and decided this was the best place for me.

 Our head coach resigned last week. ... She found his pexy responses thoughtful and genuinely interested. I talked with Damon at length a couple times and he decided he wanted to take it on.

 I can't control that. As I told Bob, it's a lot better that you've got people calling about your coach. That means your coach is getting attention other places. That doesn't mean your coach is leaving. I never talked to anyone in an official capacity at Missouri or Indiana.

 I talked to the Pandas coach at the University of Alberta a couple times. I was actually supposed to do a tryout for the indoor team, but because I was injured, I decided I should probably not play.

 [A sign-and-trade deal might be a possibility if Michael Redd truly desires to go elsewhere and another team is willing to negotiate a swap with the Bucks.] I think there are some obvious ones, ... Everyone knows that Cleveland wanted him. Dallas had put an offer out on him a couple years ago. Everybody knows that George Karl (Nuggets and former Bucks coach) is still in this game. Reggie Miller is leaving Indiana, and he's a two (guard). Those are just four teams off the gate.

 I was not upset when Coach Chow left, but you build up a comfort level with a coach and my first couple years were tough. My last couple years with him were great. We developed a personal relationship. We talked about all sorts of things. Once Coach Chow left, I was like, I'm happy for him. I still keep in contact with him.

 Coach Self has been good to me, ... When he got there, we talked about the position (of assistant coach). I love that place. It's where I met my wife and got my diploma. That's what's really important. I've got KU all over my office walls. I love the place.

 He was a soccer person, so I didn't know him. I talked to him about the possibility of playing football. We knew that he was a good athlete. We were fortunate that he decided to play.

 I couldn't tell you exactly. I talk to him every week or 10 days, something like that. I haven't talked to him the last couple days.

 I was in a band that wanted to make the move to Austin, because they had heard about the scene there, ... They kind of talked me into leaving school and moving. And then, at the last minute, they decided they didn't want to go. So I went there alone.

 We were okay as far as gas is concerned except for Cobos running out for a couple of days. Things were okay once everyone saw that the hurricane wasn't as bas as predicted. Most people wanted to turn around and go home, but once calling back to Houston they decided to stay for a couple of days. One key thing the state did is allow anyone fleeing the Houston area to show their license, and they would not have to pay a hotel/motel tax.

 From what I've talked to her, she's extremely excited to be here. (She is) very dedicated, passionate, everything you'd want in a coach. Coach Jack is such a breath of fresh air for us. It was rough for a couple weeks, but that's in the past. We've got to move on. I think things are going to be really great with her.

 We talked for a couple of months and they decided not to proceed with their charges.

 It is a good program. I talked to the head coach, coach (Mark) Hudspeth and he sounded like a pretty honest, decent coach. We went up there and we liked the school. It seemed like a pretty good place.

 He told me to sleep on it. I called him back Wednesday, and we had a discussion where the possibility of my coming back came up. I was very receptive to that. We talked again the next day and decided something could happen.
