We're going to get our wins and we're going to make sure that these younger guys understand that we can build a legacy here and that it's not going to stop with just this season.

We've got a good mix of young and old. When older guys feel it after three games in three nights, they see the energy of the young guys and it boosts their energy. It works the other way, too. The older guys help the young guys work through things.

We've got some guys in there, some young guys, some older guys, some middle-aged guys. We've got guys who've been around. We've got some guys who are new. I think all those guys know exactly where we're at.

We're playing a lot of young guys 30 to 50 plays a game. Kirk Morrison is one of those guys. Sometimes when you play that many young guys, you pay for it.
