 We're filing two months' of cases in a week. Everyone is shutting down and not taking more appointments. It's not like anything you can even imagine.

While we prefer to resolve issues outside of the courtroom, we believe we have a strong patent position, including patents that issued in the past four years that must be defended appropriately.

 There's a pre-filing notification in these particular cases so that businesses will be put on notice that the system's not working, and they're given 30 days to reply if they can cure it and then given 60 days to cure it. This is the way to do it, not just filing a protracted lawsuit and going straight to court.

 I think it would be a much scarier statistic if you had 45 to 75 girls a week becoming pregnant at Syracuse instead of taking the pill. We'd have many more cases of herpes, the clap and kids, and we can't deal with any of those right now.

 I think it's probably almost 50-50 the FDA says, 'go ahead and give us the documentation for filing,' ... The problem is that historically the FDA's always gotten more difficult in these cases.

 You imagine, the characters I play? Can you imagine me taking them home to Linda and the kids? My bags would be at the door.
