 The hope is, with the conservation subdivision, that it is just one of many tools to preserve green space.  The Igloo houses work really well for us...they don't leak and the dogs can't chew them up the way they can wooden houses. Large houses are best...that way it can house a bunch of puppies or one large dog.

 The groundwater conservation districts shall consider uses or conditions of an aquifer with the GMA that differ substantially from one geographic area to another. Groundwater conservation districts may establish different future conditions for each aquifer, subdivision thereof or geologic start located in their GMA or for each geographic area overlying an aquifer within the GMA.  We have a number of conservation and environmental groups that want to take our farm program spending and shift it over to some kind of conservation payment or green payment.

 It's a ghost town. In my subdivision, there are several houses under construction, and I've only seen three of our trucks.

 This space used to have two houses on the front. Then a developer, James Mathias, purchased it and was going to build 48 apartment units. But he was patient enough to allow us to acquire the funds to buy the land.

 We realized we were able to build the same house at the same price or less with less headaches. It makes it easier for us to build the houses.

 We are very park-poor in the township. These are very important and welcome acres of green space even though this is more development.

 I think if we create a nice green space, obviously that will sort of show everybody the city's commitment to that section of Foster Street and downtown - that we're willing to invest our money and create a green space that is direly needed in downtown,

 The citizens of Eagan have a lot to lose. One hundred and twenty acres of green space they're losing.

 The biggest thing for me is preserving the habitat. An estimated 2,500 acres a day (nationwide) is lost to malls and subdivision. We are trying to preserve some place for the wild animals to call home.
