 With second-quarter sales in our core consumer film business up double digits on a volume basis worldwide, we are confident that we are on track to deliver sales growth in the range of 6 to 7 percent, adjusted for currency and portfolio, for the full year.  I'm pleased with another quarter of strong growth in which our core business revenues increased by 26 percent over last year's second quarter, led by 36 percent growth in analog sales.

In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.  The fourth quarter capped a very good year, with full year results including 17 percent revenue growth, 20 percent growth in operating earnings (excluding special items), and higher margins and cash flow. The year's performance reflects the strength of our portfolio and attractiveness of our core businesses.

 We expect our results for the remainder of the year to be in line with the earnings per share range that Wall Street is carrying for the second half of the year, representing another record year of double-digit sales and earnings per share growth,

 Based upon the information known to use today, we believe that sales in the upcoming quarter will be between $3.35 and $3.45 billion. We anticipate continued stability in our components sales throughout the world will result in worldwide component sales between $2.6 and $2.65 billion. We expect traditional seasonal growth in our Enterprise Computing Solutions business, resulting in worldwide computer products sales between $750 and $800 million.

 Boston's overall sales growth is going to slip to 5 percent in the second half of this year and go flat in 2006. The new-product portfolio Boston is piecing together can restore double-digit earnings and sales growth, but it will probably take until 2009.

 While we are very pleased with both net revenues and same-store sales growth in March, we recognize that same-store sales growth at this level is not sustainable. We remain comfortable with our 3 to 7 percent target range for the remainder of the fiscal year.
