 We want to continue to aggressively focus on top-line and bottom-line growth and carry that into fiscal 2007, and that would certainly be my mandate.

 Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

 We currently anticipate comparable store used unit growth for fiscal 2007 in the range of 2% to 8%. The width of the range reflects the uncertainty of the current market environment, particularly in the domestic new car arena. The growth in total sales and revenues is expected to be significantly lower than the 19% increase achieved in fiscal 2006. This decrease reflects the difference in store opening patterns. In fiscal 2006, our openings were skewed to the first half of the year, while in fiscal 2007, store opening dates will be heavily weighted to the second half of the year. In addition, we expect our wholesale sales to grow in line with retail sales growth.

 Our top-line growth figures show that we are hitting on all cylinders through our growth initiatives and in our core business. And much of that top-line success is flowing to the bottom line, despite incurring higher-than-anticipated dilution from our growth initiatives. In short, as we near the finish line in our Qwest merger, we're continuing the transformation of U S West into a growth-oriented vehicle.

 Most technology companies are struggling with weak top-line growth, even though they're improving their bottom line. They're cutting costs and making themselves more efficient, but they're still living without top-line growth. That's tough.

 I am pleased with our performance in the fourth quarter as our new products and expanded market coverage continue to deliver top-line growth while our lean and cost-saving initiatives drive leverage to the bottom line.

 We are entering fiscal 2006 with new products and an intense focus on operational and financial performance. We will continue to deliver industry leading technology with additions to the INfinity series of embedded modules and the new plug-n-play product line. We are aggressively implementing concrete programs in the areas of delivery performance, product cost improvements and operational efficiencies. Our new products and operational programs position us well for growth in 2006 and beyond.

 The company also anticipates returning to bottom-line EPS growth, excluding restructuring charges, beginning in 2007.

 We've always had a focus as a company on bottom line and fiscal responsibility, ... And I think especially now in the days of Internet consolidation and I think more of a discriminating investor, it pays off very well for us.

 Our new fiscal year 2007 profit forecasts call for a fifth consecutive year of double-digit profit growth, driven by solid top-line growth as well as labor cost reductions.

 They (results) were well above expectations, it was a good quarter. I would expect most of these defense firms to flatten out as far as top-line growth is concerned, but for a while at least they are going to maintain growth in the bottom line.

 Strong top-line growth has not been translated into the bottom line. If they are able to tap more markets and new countries then maybe they will become a growth story.

 As investors begin to focus on fiscal year 2007 and estimates continue to move higher, the stock should continue to outperform.

 For the balance of fiscal 2001, we are focusing on moderate top line sales growth with a very keen focus on gross margin enhancement and expense reduction,

 While top and bottom-line results did not meet our expectations for the quarter, we remain optimistic about our prospects for growth in the future. We remain committed to profitability, excluding non-cash charges, no later than the end of calendar 2001 and we anticipate revenue for fiscal 2001 to be approximately 2.
