 What it will do is it's going to put us in some tough positions. And it's probably not going to allow us to break through and be that team that I think we can be on the road in those tough games. ... If you just let teams get second shots on you, it really wears against you. Especially in the Creighton game, if you look at one thing that hurt us, that really hurt us badly.

 We've just got to make shots. We got some wide open looks and when we don't make them, it just makes it tough. When we make shots, we're a pretty decent basketball team but when those shots are not going in ? and the last few games those shots haven't been going in ? it's tough.

 Our team is not playing enough of a 48-minute game and that's the disappointing thing. We know it's tough to win road games. This was a hot team team we were playing, give them credit. But you can't play 18-20 minutes of a second half and expect to beat any NBA team.

 I can't say enough about what Amy has done for the team. She has brought a lot of new defensive concepts to the team. Last year was tough because we got away from our team defense concept. We're on the brink of getting back to where we were two years ago, in terms of playing as a defensive unit.

 I thought that might have been one our best defensive efforts of the season. They are a very tough, physical team and we always worry about being a small team because of our guards that I thought we handled their toughness with quickness and toughness defensively.

 It's always tough to win at the end of the road. I'm just so proud of these kids and this team. They were the first team in school history to beat Cleveland.  We played against a very good team on the road, and we were tough enough to pull it out. We didn't quit. We hung in there. Ryan Appleby hit big shots. Jon Brockman hit big shots. Everyone else followed suit.

 They came out and closed down a lot of things. They're definitely a good defensive team. You know you've got to knock down shots when you get open looks.

 Winning on the road is really sweet. It's the most fun in the league as far as I'm concerned. It's always tough and it helps your team come together.
