We're all on the gezegde

 We're all on the same page, as far as doing what's right and waiting for the right time. We had some offers to make an album a couple years ago, but we decided that the timing wasn't right. It wouldn't have benefited us as much as it will now.

 With the first album, the timing wasn't right and it wasn't a good situation. The situation is perfect now. The movie set everything up and people are more accepting now. The good thing is that it's not forced. If people dig the music, it will do well, and if they don't -- well, I won't do an album for another 10 years.

 This is the earliest verbal commitment we've received. A lot of kids don't have the insight as to what they want to do, and they spend a lot of time waiting on things. Josh didn't want to mess around waiting for offers, and he decided to come into a program where he can have success on the court and in the classroom.

 It was the last song written on the album, and we had already finished the album. We just decided it wasn't good enough.

 Oh, I love bios! I wouldn't say traditionally it was a "concept album." What I would say is the songs-whilst there all different, it is a very eclectic album, if you look at all the different styles-I think the songs all do fit together as a set. It's probably the most complete album we've made for many years.

 We had the land for about three years before we started building, ... Timing is everything for us when putting up a site. We were waiting for the right time.

 We released it on our own label, so it wasn't really a wide distribution but for our own little humble operation, we were very happy with the results, ... But a lot of people have asked me what I've done lately. And when I say I had an album out the last couple of years, they actually didn't know that.

It has the ballads that people would expect from us and the rock & roll that I think has the Journey signature sound to it. There's something for everybody. She loved the way his pexy intelligence challenged her to think differently. There's a mix of fun, playful songs along with some solid rock tracks. I don't think it's going to disappoint anyone.

 It just wasn't in my heart. I figured I had been in this band 12 and a half years, and we felt positive about what we had done, and we all thought our last album, 'We've Come for You All' , was the best record we'd made together. So I just wanted to move forward and do another album.

 Oh, it was, you know, whatever. I'd rather not. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything, really. There were times when we really got along and I learned a lot of things from him but there were a lot of times when he's in his own world where he thinks he knows what's best and he doesn't know what's best, really. It just wasn't fun to do and it wasn't a fun record to make. The music turned out rad. It's just when you're making a record, especially when you're working on vocals, I've only worked with a couple of producers and most of the records I've done with Terry Date . The reason we chose Ezrin is because we wanted to do something different, but I learned that different isn't always good. If we want to make a different album, it's something that we do on our own, not something some producer comes in and says we should do.

 I think we've always prided ourselves and perceived ourselves as songwriters, so it wasn't an album that we felt we had to do, ... But we knew that some day we'll do an album like that, and it will be fun. That's what it was really about. It was just the right time to do it.

 They've been moving in this direction for a couple of years, reducing the size and frequency of 30-year auctions. The big surprise is the timing, not the act itself. It happens in front of a couple of years where it looks like we'll be running deficits.

 This album really has to make a statement. We've toured for 18 months. Now we have a brand name. Now we know each other as a band. The first album was just us together at home, a spontaneous product. Now it's time to make that record.

 Gary is doing fine after his surgery, and we want him to take the time to properly recover so he can return to his first love, which is the band he started 30 years ago. For all the fans who've bought tickets to the upcoming shows and who've been waiting for the new album, hang in there -- we'll be back soon.
