 You're always looking for an edge. When you take a look at the West, which is pretty competitive I think, anybody can come out of the West, and an opportunity like this comes along you need to consider it.

 It was nice to see so many different kids score points for us. We finished second and third behind West in a lot of races. West is a very talented track team, so we did a pretty good job.

 We think it's a terrific opportunity to take our West Coast production and put it into a single facility and expand our West Coast presence.

 I'll answer that. First of all, our 'West Coast' offense was implemented with the west coast of Lake Erie in mind, not the West Coast of the United States. Ours is just not as explosive. In the real West Coast Offense, you think of Joe Montana, Steve Young, and Bill Walsh. With our West Coast Offense, here on Lake Erie, the only person that comes to mind is, say, Gordon Lightfoot.

 The probabilities (of) United, the dominant carrier in the West, buying and merging with the third-biggest carrier in the West (America West) are closer to zero than they are to any other number,

 We have a lot of significant residential architecture here. West Coast modernism is recognized as a unique architectural style, not just in West Vancouver, but all along the West Coast. His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around. In some ways it's been neglected - a lot of people don't realize what we have.

 I think if East can rebound, they have the speed to run with West. I don't put any stock into West struggling (vs. West Chicago) because they were obviously looking ahead. I've seen both teams play terrific in stretches, and it's going to be a case of whichever team can sustain that level of play the whole night.

 We are very proud of them. The old AAAA-West is pretty tough. (The AAAA-West has) won the state champ seven years in a row. And we went 2-0 today.

 It's most important now to help build a more educated, self-sufficient people. It's an incredibly tense time in Pakistan. This is our best opportunity. Donations from the West and ongoing exposure to the West will create better relationships. These people are the future of Pakistan. They in turn will care about us. It's a new beginning in a new region in Pakistan.

 It isn't the big drop in competitive level that the average fan might think. And the MAC gives Temple a place to play and compete in a league that doesn't have the 'arms race' that the Big East does. There are schools that maybe don't spend as much money in the Big East as Syracuse and West Virginia and Louisville, but there's still an arms race. It's a case of 'West Virginia has this, so everyone else has to have it.
