We're going to have gezegde

 We're going to have a big dance floor, a nice, upper-scale restaurant, and private cigar rooms with stained French doors where people can smoke, dine and watch TV. That's downstairs. Upstairs we'll have a sports bar with pool tables.

 The rent is definitely more. But the square-footage I was in was probably the most expensive in the city. We had some storage rooms that were just old cement block rooms downstairs. I can utilize the room I have better here.

 I understand that people don't want to smoke. Fine. Don't smoke. You don't want to go into a restaurant where there's [smoking], don't go in there. But don't impose your will - the will of a few - on the lives of many.

 One of the things I brought upstairs to the long hall that's upstairs in the living quarters is a beautiful French desk that Jackie Kennedy brought into the White House in 1962. And for the president's Treaty Room, which is the office upstairs in the residence, I brought in Grant's furniture, which George really likes.

 I don't like breathing other people's smoke, but if we can put a man on the moon, my guess is that we can find a way to ventilate the smoke in one section of a bar or restaurant away from the non-smokers.

 It is envisaged that Transport House could accommodate a wide range of events. These will include trade and other exhibitions and flat floor sports, which will include dance sports and concerts.

 If you are out with say five of your friends and four of you smoke, and you are driving around town looking for a place to go on a Saturday night, where are you going to go? A bar where you can all smoke or a restaurant-bar where you can't smoke? So that is a concern.

 They'd asked that we all stay down on the first floor. Then all of a sudden, we looked and there was water seeping in under the doors. The wind was blowing. The kitchen and everything was flooded downstairs, so they weren't able to do anything for us. So they scrambled around and found some bread and made sandwiches for us. They got water up to us.
