 This is the first time we've gotten one from the state of Pennsylvania.

 If Pennsylvania decided to give the tourist industry in the state a shot in the arm to build nice destination resorts, I would love to be in Pennsylvania. But right now, it's not where someone can justify a large investment. It's pretty tough to do with a 54 percent tax rate.

 The state is in this situation, and now that competition is coming in Pennsylvania, there's not many alternatives other than offering something they will not. Wheeling Island attracts most of their customers from Pennsylvania, so they have to keep them coming in.

 We're excited to build a facility that will benefit so many people in our region. Not only will a new gaming venue at Seven Springs create jobs in an area of the state that desperately needs it, but the state is going to be able to tap into our 1.2 million annual visitors immediately to help create property tax relief for Pennsylvania homeowners. Significant revenues will also go to local and county governments. We look forward to making our case to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for a Category 3 license.  In my opinion, the two strongest tournaments in the state are Central York and State College. Eleven of the 20 teams were ranked among the top 20 in the [Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association] state rankings.

 Pennsylvania's state-specific rule removes unfair economic barriers to preserve the marketplace for Pennsylvania's coal industry. It puts in place standards that are more protective of public health and the environment than the federal (mercury) rule.

 No one's against reducing property taxes. But, if Pennsylvania wants to be a competitive state, why would you be the only state in the nation to tax advertising?

 Pennsylvania's infrastructure throughout the state is aging rapidly. This will continue to be the case unless the state can find the funds to put toward the transportation system.

 On paper, (Pennsylvania is) potentially a huge market. But Pennsylvania has been a moving target in terms of getting the legislation passed. We think by the time it comes closer to be defined, it could be a great market for our server-based products.

 The majority of deer hunters in Pennsylvania are rapidly losing their confidence in the Pennsylvania Game Commission and their current deer management policy. Our whitetail deer herd has been decimated in many areas in the state and the Game Commission seems reluctant to make any changes.

 For a long time, the entire nation depended on coal, limestone, iron ore and steel from Pennsylvania. It helped win the Revolutionary War, it built railroads that opened the West and rebuilt Europe after two world wars. Our take on this is that this is not Pennsylvania's abandoned mine problem, it's America's problem.

 Lynn Swann respects the historic legacy of labor in Pennsylvania. Our message is simple: roll back the Rendell tax hikes, help families place their children in better-performing schools, and focus on programs to bring higher-paying jobs to Pennsylvania and put Pennsylvania back on the right track.

 But in the long run we're not going to be able to keep out of state trash away from Pennsylvania.

 The entire day went incredibly well. Campsite, cabin, and pavilion reservations were made, as well as whitewater launch time reservations and information fulfillment requests, a Pennsylvania application requirement.
