 First of all, nobody is ever going to know about the fact you might have smoked weed with the guys. I think the thing we want to do -- and you think about this -- if there's a way we can create the perception that Pat may have been a dealer. Even if we had to kind of make some things look a little better than they are, that can save us.

 It was a mutual thing as to what everybody deep down wanted. A lot of times when you create a bond, you kind of do the little extra things to make things happen, or to make that other person successful.

 As we go forward, we will make intelligent decisions, looking at our dealer network, working with our dealer partners, to make sure that just as we are right-sizing our manufacturing footprint, we have the right size for our dealer footprint as well.

 This is the kind of thing that a lot of folks talk about. If you're really going to put video online, let's make an effort to create things that are crafted specifically for the medium.

 That was kind of hard to deal with. Her dad smoked, and, as a journalist, she had worked in an environment where a lot of people smoked.

And not that F5 is complete by any chance, but just the fact that we just so nonchalantly got in a room and started something and our passion drove us to make sure that the album came out, and now here we are able to talk about an album that's out. So on the one hand, that's kind of an initial goal that feels really good now to have accomplished. Another thing is I'm just really happy to help open the door for the other guys in F5 too. I've been to the big dance now for quite a few years, and I guess that's one of the things I've enjoyed in recent years with the music production I've done and the artist development and now with this band. It's been a fun process to be able to be put in touch with these guys who are so talented and have such great ability, but for some reason haven't had a chance to get up to bat yet. That for me brings me a lot of personal satisfaction, especially with F5 .

 The great thing our coaches do, we put him in different formations. We kind of motion him around, we try to create opportunities for him. A lot of teams have rolled to him and taken two guys to cover him. When you can take two guys out with one, you need to be able to run the football.

 Make every thought, every fact, that comes into your mind pay you a profit. Make it work and produce for you. Think of things not as they are but as they might be. Don't merely dream - but create!

 Whether this customer drives in, phones in or clicks in, you as the dealer must develop an instant rapport with that customer and give them all of the information necessary to purchase from you. What you want to avoid is putting that younger buyer through a more traditional sales process from the past that when they finally weed through everything, they disconnect and go somewhere else. To succeed today, you must make sure these customers have the same experience on your lot that they had over the Internet.

 The guys I've had in the past have been able to create separation and make plays because of the quickness. Now you have to kind of change gears a little bit. Even though you might not have as much separation with these guys, you can still make throws in areas that only they can go get it. And they can really go get it. They can reach up and make plays in the air. They're so long and strong to the ball that you can put it in traffic and they're going to come up with it.

 This has never worked in history -- getting rid of incentives by cutting dealer profit margins, I don't want to be too negative. It is one of the few things [GM] can do to try to create some excitement.
